“I am thinking this morning about people and the gifts they have been blessed with throughout their lives, and how those gifts bless so many people around them. Sometimes, the gifts and talents that people have seem to come so naturally and easily to them. Amen.

But I want to say this to someone today, Never second guess the things you are doing as if they don’t matter. Amen. Everything any of us does in our lives matters, no matter how big or how small it may seem. What we do and what we have been gifted with matters. Praise the Lord!

We are all being used by our Father in one way or another, even when we think we aren’t doing much or that what we are doing isn’t enough. Because it is enough. Amen!

I think about Rahab. We all know that she was a prostitute, and yet, even in the mess she was in, she hid two spies whom Joshua had sent to spy out the land and the city of Jericho. Amen. Rahab found favor with them and asked that she and her family be spared when they returned to invade the city on their way into Canaan. And those men did just that.

She hung that scarlet cord from her window, and when they came through, they passed by her house and spared her and her family. They were saved. Amen! (Joshua 6:25–27.)

So, just know this: If you are a doorkeeper, a wife, a husband, a grandmother, a grandfather, or whatever it is that you are what you are is wonderful, and what you do is amazing.

Again, no matter what you are doing, it is helping someone. It is inspiring someone. It is making a difference in someone’s life. Amen.

So, don’t be so hard on yourself. And don’t compare yourself to anyone else their lives, their gifts, or their talents. We all have amazing things to offer and give. Regardless of what those things may be, they are important, and they make a difference.

So keep being you, always. Keep doing what you know to do. Be who you are nothing more and nothing less. Because what you are and what you do is more than enough.

You are enough. Your gifts are enough. What you do matters. And you are always more than enough. Amen and Praise the Lord!”
