”Freedom in Christ!”

“I know that I tell others this, and I have heard it myself pretty much my whole life that if you and I can stand before our Father, the Maker of heaven and earth, unashamed, then we can stand before anyone else in this world. Amen.

You see, in God’s presence we are changed from glory to glory, becoming more like Him and Him alone. Sometimes, in our everyday lives, we do fall short. We make mistakes. Yet even in our failures and shortcomings, we can still stand before our Father. It’s amazing because His love toward us is incredible. The Lord isn’t like us. He loves us regardless of what we’ve done or even who we are. Amen. He just continues to love us because that is who He is. Amen.

Somehow, though, in society, when we fail, we often turn away from others, or we turn away from people who have caused us hurt or pain. And we do this so quickly. Amen.

But today I simply want to remind us of this people aren’t perfect, and people need people. As for us, we have to learn to be more like Jesus. Amen. We have to consider others and their lives. We have to go the extra mile (Matthew 5:41). We have to turn the other cheek (Matthew 5:38–40). We have to feed those in need and care for them (Romans 12:20; Proverbs 25:21). Even when people’s actions and words don’t line up with God’s will, even when they aren’t kind or have hurt us over and over again, we must remain free in our hearts. We must do as the Word of God says and forgive seventy times seven (Matthew 18:21–22). Amen.

So today I’m gonna ask us all how are we doing in this area? As for me, I’m doing okay, but I know I can do better, and I must do better. Amen. We all must. Amen.

Because that’s what the Lord desires from us. He desires that we walk in fellowship with one another (1 John 1:7). He desires that we love one another regardless of life’s circumstances or people’s actions. Of course, He doesn’t desire for us to be mistreated don’t get me wrong but He does desire for us to live in peace with everyone. Amen.

Life is simply too short. We can’t continually look at people and define them by the mistakes they’ve made or are even making right now. Amen. We’ve all made many mistakes, and praise be to the Lord, who casts our sins into the depths of the sea, never to be remembered against us again (Micah 7:19). Amen.

I believe we need to forgive more. I believe we need to stop speaking about people’s past and instead help them live in the present to give them freedom, encouragement, and hope. I’m so thankful that Jesus doesn’t sit around reminding me of everything Mandi has done or everything I am doing. I believe God knows that growing in Him is a process. It’s a journey of blooming and blossoming into the person He created each one of us to be.

Just as we desire others to extend grace to us, we should freely extend grace to them. Amen. We are all in this life together, so let’s help one another make it. Amen.

Let us love, and then love some more. Let us do as our Father does. As I often say, if we can stand before our Lord unashamed, then we can stand before anyone completely free and such a beautiful freedom in Christ!” Hallelujah!”

”For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen & Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️🇺🇸
