”Happiness!”

“Our day, from the moment we wake up until the moment we lay our heads down to sleep, is honestly based on us on the choices and decisions we make. If we want to have a great day, then we can choose to have just that a great day. But if we choose gloom and doom to define our day, then that is exactly what we will experience.

“One of my co-workers years ago looked at me and said, “You know, girl, I love creation, and I love life.” Then she said, “When I choose to love it, I am choosing to love what God has given to me.” Amen.

In other words, when we love our life, we are being grateful and so very thankful to our Heavenly Father. It is our way of letting Him know how thankful we are for this precious life He has given us. But when we choose to forget the benefits of the Lord, when we focus only on ourselves or dwell on the past, and when we choose not to have a good day because of something that may be silly or perhaps not even beneficial to us we are not truly expressing gratitude to the Lord for the beautiful life He has given us. Amen.

His Word tells us that His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22–23). Amen. It also tells us that He daily loads us with His benefits (Psalm 68:19). You see, it is how we choose to look at life and how we choose to respond to it that determines the way we will live it out.

If we feel defeated, we will often live as though we are defeated. If we believe we are not good enough, we will reflect that belief in the way we live. But if we get up each day, regardless of our circumstances, and look around at the beauty of God’s creation if we notice the smiling faces, the children laughing and playing, and simply become grateful and joyful for all that God has given us we will begin to live a beautiful and glorious life. We will begin to experience the abundant life that our Lord Jesus died so that we could have (John 10:10).

I say to us all that if we would renew our minds (Romans 12:2), and if we would change the way we think and the way we look at things, we would have such great and marvelous days, which would, in turn, become a great and marvelous life. Amen.

For this is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it (Psalm 118:24). Let us go forth as the bright and shining lights that the Lord has created us to be. Even a little light drives away the darkness (Matthew 5:14–16). God’s Word tells us that a city set on a hill cannot be hidden.

So, as for each and every one of us, I pray that we go forth in Jesus’ name, shining our lights and sharing His love, mercy, and grace. May we choose to be joyful no matter what, taking our eyes off ourselves and fixing them upon our Lord. For in His presence there is fullness of joy, and at His right hand are pleasures forevermore (Psalm 16:11). May we strive to be the very best we can be for our Heavenly Father, who loves us so dearly. Amen!”

“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen & Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
