“We all have had disappointments in our lives..some from the ones in which we never thought they would come from..others may be that college you wanted to get in..or maybe a job you were hoping for..maybe that A on a paper that you worked so hard for..for that big promotion that you just knew was going to be yours..Amen..for life it does at times and moments bring us disappointment..Amen..and at times it hurts really bad when they do come our way..especially when we don’t understand why they do come..or why they seem to happen in our lives..but either way when they do it discourages us..and it brings us into a moment of questioning..and asking of the Lord why?..Amen!”

“Because we all have been there as to where we pray and seek..and for some of us we fast about it..and we even just claim it..and believe that we have it..Amen..and when that doesn’t happen it kind of brings that moment of despair over us..and we get depressed and we cry..and we go over all of these things in our minds and hearts..and maybe even just maybe we secretly say to ourselves..well, I am not trying again..and I am not gonna do that again..Amen..but again I just want to encourage us all this morning and say this..that first off we are the Lords..Amen..and He does hear us every time we pray..and every time we seek His face..Amen..and secondly is this..Gods ways as we all know are not our ways..Amen..the word says Gods ways and thoughts are much higher than ours..Isaiah 55:8-9..Amen..and thirdly yes we may make our plans but it is the Lord that directs our footsteps..Proverbs 16:9..Amen!”

“And last but not least and that would be this..for God says and declares and speaks over us all..and that is this..”For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future..Jeremiah 29:11..Amen..so yes we at times we do think that what we want is what God wants..because He wants us happy..and He knows we could do this or that or whatever the case may be..but as well aren’t ya glad that when what you thought you wanted and you didn’t get it looking back now in your life..that God didn’t allow certain things to take place and or happen?..Amen..because what you have now is much better than what you wanted then..so if today you have no’s coming to you in your life..just be encouraged that God has a plan for you..and it may not make any sense now..but one day I do promise you, you will look back and be so thankful that you didn’t get what you thought you needed or you thought you wanted in your life..Amen..so we trust the Lord with our lives..and we will remain steadfast, unmoveable and stay always abounding in the work of the Lord..1 Corinthians 15:58..for God has us..and what He has is so much better than anything we could ever want or desire..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
