“It’s one thing not to know that you’re in a battle..but it’s another whole thing when you know that you are..Amen..for you see we as children of the Lord are in a battle..the Lord tells us so in His word..for He says this to each of us..”These things I have spoken unto you, that in me you might have peace. In this world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; for I have overcome the world..John 16:33..Amen..for it goes on to telling us to be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might..for us to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil..for it says we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places..it says therefore to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand..Ephesians 6:10-17..Amen..it tell us to be alert and of a sober mind for our enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour..1 Peter 5:8..it goes on to saying in God’s word for us to be not afraid nor be dismayed..because the battle we fight is not ours, but God’s..2 Chronicles 20:15..Amen..so it’s not that we don’t know all to well that we’re in a battle against the enemy of our souls..because we are..Amen..so daily we have to be prepared for this battle..daily we have to get up and get ourselves together with Christ..walking and abiding in Him and who He alone is..Amen..for you see God takes care of His children..I love His word because it encourages my heart..and my mind when all in this world begins to be ugly..and begins to dim just a little..I am reminded of my Father and His great love for me..Amen..I am reminded of His word..and I think about it and mediate on it..and pray it over me and my life and my families lives..Amen..for His word tells me all to well that if I submit myself to Him and resist the enemy that he will flee from me..Amen..James 4:7..and that I am of God and that greater is He that is within me than he that is within this ole world..Amen..1 John 4:4..and in the book of Isaiah it says that no weapon formed against me will prosper..and that any tongue that would rise against me in judgment the Lord would condemn..Amen..Isaiah 54:17..and in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 it tells me that the Lord is faithful and that He will strengthen and guard me from the evil one..Amen..so we may be in a battle once again that is a given guys..but as well we should know that God our Father is fighting for us..and each of us..Amen..that He is the Victor..that He is in control..and that He always and forever keeps, holds and protects us from that ole evil one..so rest in who you are in Christ..don’t be afraid of the enemy..for he is a defeated foe..and he can do nothing to you whatsoever..so be still and know that God is in control..Psalm 46:10..and that you alone are the apple of His eyes..Psalm 17:8..for the winds and the waves may come..but they will not prevail against who we are..for we have built our lives on Christ..and He alone is our firm, solid and secure foundation..Matthew 8:23-27/Mark 4:35-41/Luke 8:22-25..Amen..so be blessed..know your blessed..and rest in Christ Jesus our Lord..for it is in His name, Jesus’ sweet and holy name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
