“Kids have such a funny way at just keeping things simple..and keeping things in the right perspective..Amen..I think of us as adults and I think if only we could grasp the simple truths of God and the simple truths of who He is and who we are to Him..I honestly can’t imagine how lives would change and honestly change drastically..Amen..because if we could go back to be like a child..to learn all over them little songs we learned as a child about the Lord..Amen..at how we would sing..”He’s got the whole world in His hands..Amen..He’s got the itty bitty baby in His hands..Amen..He’s got you and me brother in His hands..Amen..at how we just believed and loved..and at how we would just forgive and forget..Amen..I tell ya kids are great teachers in life..I think if we ever needed a lesson on learning how to live again..all we really need to do is get around a child and watch them as they go about there day..Amen..but as well I think about us and I think if we could grasp the simple truths of Gods word..at how He holds us in His hands..Isaiah 41:13..How nothing can separate us from the Lord and His love..Romans 8:31-39..at how He numbers the very hairs on our heads..Matthew 10:30/Luke 12:7..at how His eyes are always beholding us..Proverbs 15:3..at how He always works everything together for our good..Romans 8:28..at how He alone is our very present help in time of need..Psalm 46:1-2..at how the Lord is our healer..Exodus 15:26..our freedom..our deliverance..at how He alone is provider..Matthew 6:26/Philippians 4:19..Amen..imagine, can you only imagine at how lives would honestly change?..knowing that the Lord is our good Shepherd..Psalm 23..that He is our heavenly Father..Matthew 23:9..at how He calls us His friend..John 15:15..that alone is enough to get anyone excited..Amen..so how about we all just take a moment and go through our bibles and look again at all of them wonderful promises of our Lord..look again at them scriptures and read them..and let them sink way down deep in our souls..let them be on our lips and in our minds at all times..Amen..for you see Gods word sustains us..it keeps us..it guides us..Amen..it is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our pathways..Psalm 119:105..for God says He knows the plans that He has towards us..plans to prosper us and not harm us..plans to give us hope and a future..Amen..Jeremiah 29:11..for you see when life happens and life is unfair..and life is demanding..and life makes no sense..you and I must have the Lords word living in us..for it is what keeps us and pushes right along the way..regardless of whatever is or isn’t taking place..for it is the simple truths of His word that keeps us together and keeps us moving always and forever onward and upward with Him..so know Him..love Him..but more than that get in His word..read it..meditate on it..and let it always be living and breathing for you and your life..for it is in His name, Jesus’ sweet and holy name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
