“Seek peace and pursue it!”

“Peace is defined as freedom from disturbance, hostility, and mental anxiety. It refers to external harmony that is followed by internal peace. It reflects an internal state of emotional calm and tranquility.

We are told in God’s Word that we are to depart from evil and do good. We are to seek peace and pursue it, “for the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are open unto their cry” (Psalm 34:14-15). Amen.

The enemy is always seeking to steal our peace, but God promises that He will keep us in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him (Isaiah 26:3). He also promises, “My peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:27).

We are also told, “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7). Amen.

God’s peace gives us strength (Psalm 29:11). God’s peace gives us rest (Psalm 4:8). God’s peace fills us with hope (Romans 15:13). Amen.

Through His peace, we become peacemakers. Amen. For the Bible says, “Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God” (Matthew 5:9). Amen.

We are able to live peaceably with all men as God desires for us (Romans 12:18). Amen. And through peace, the Bible declares that we shall see God. We are to follow peace, along with holiness (Hebrews 12:14). Amen.

So my prayer for all of us is that we live out peace in our lives; that we truly seek peace and pursue it. Amen. May we desire it above all else in our lives, for our spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. May we share and show the Gospel of Christ through the peace that we exemplify to others, being the light we are called to be.

What better way to do that than through peace? Amen. Peace shows that we trust in the One who is Peace. Through His peace, He alone guards our hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7). Hallelujah!

So let us walk out our lives whole and complete in every area, with peace. For peace is health, strength, and wellness. It is healing, wholeness, freedom, clarity, and unity all wrapped up into one beautiful word peace. Amen.

So I pray peace over each of you today. May God’s peace flow like a river, washing over every part of who you are. May you be whole and complete in Him in every area of your life. May you pour out peace that beautiful, calm, reassuring, effortless peace to everyone around you. Amen!

For it is such a wonderful testimony to God’s grace, glory, and overflowing love toward us, His children. Amen!”

“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
