“Sometimes in our lives we go through things and then in the midst of it all we get caught up in it all..and we give whatever the situation is or even was..the power over us to manipulate us and control us..Amen..sometimes we give way too much power over these things in our lives..and they get in our hearts and they get in minds and then we spend the next week or even years going over that same thing or things again and again..we get overly exhausted by it..we ruin our days by it..we even go to the Lord about it and pray it out..Amen..but what do we do next?..we get up and within the moment or hour..we pick that thing right back up and begin all over again..and my question for us all is why do we give people power so much power over us and our lives to ruin them..to get us so mad and angry?..all the while we end up wasting so much precious time that should be spent on the Lord and the good things of our lives..see the bible says whatsoever things are of a good report think on them things..Philippians 4:8..Amen..and why would the word of God say this to us?..Well, because the word of God knows that as a man thinks so is he..Proverbs 23:7..Amen..our thoughts determine our attitudes..our productivity..our advancements in life..everything..Amen..our relationships..our responses..literally everything in our lives will be controlled through our own minds and our own mindsets..and what we ourselves choose to dwell on and choose to think on..Amen..so we are to guard them..we are to watch over them..we are to pay attention to the Holy Ghost of God speaking too us..letting us know what needs to go..and then we are to follow through..Amen..letting go of anything and everything that breaks us down..and or seems to always want to control who we are..in which case comes from the enemy..because as well the word says that the enemy walks about as of a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour..1 Peter 5:8..so my whole thing for each of us is simply this..don’t give the enemy that power of you and your life..because we give him and his schemes and tactics a whole lot of our attention..Amen..and that is not giving the Lord all of who we are when we are giving the enemy all of who we are..Amen..so we confess these sins of ours..and we let those things go..whatever is trying to manipulate us or control us..we lay them down at the Fathers feet and we leave it all there..because nothing or no one deserves that much of our focus and attention when those things are not good things in our lives..but they are bad fruit..and bad seeds that are trying to take away from us..and take away from the life that Jesus died that we should be living..so be wise..be smart..and you take control of your life and your thoughts..and as the word says bring them all into captivity unto the obedience of Christ Jesus our Lord..2 Corinthians 10:5..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
