“I wonder why love is the one thing that people have the hardest time learning?..just to really love others and to love the Lord..because we are the most swaying generation that I believe has ever been..for relationships end at the drop of a hat..and serving God well that just kind of comes and goes with whatever the person feels that they want or need to do at that moment and time in their lives..Amen..we live in this time where it is all about them and how they feel more so than the other person or people involved..and to sacrifice that is well way down low at the end of the totem pole..Amen..for where is that fire that was there years ago?..where is the sacrifice that was given?..and where is the love?..Amen..for now we can let others go without a question..we can break off things from our lives without any heartache..we can lose loved ones and the next day completely be over it..I don’t know really what it is with this time that we live in maybe it’s because we are so self-absorbed because of all the self-help magazines..or all of the tv shows that we watch..maybe it’s because now we have internet..and yeah it’s good to a point..but if that is all we have then we are not living the way the Lord desires for us to be..Amen..because scripture says to love the Lord with all our hearts and to love our neighbor as ourselves..Matthew 22:36-40/Mark 12:30-31..and as well the Lord bids us go out into the highways and byways and spread the gospel of Christ..Luke 14:23..where in the midst of it all did we get to the place as to where we don’t go?..we don’t share?..we just go with the flow of it all..where did it get to the place as to where our hearts got heartened towards the things of the Lord?..because until we get back to love and people..then we will never share the Lord and His love as we should be..Amen..we need to have soft hearts..we need to have our minds renewed..we need to learn the process of sacrifice and what that requires..we need to give from the place of wanting..more so then the place of more than enough..Amen..we need to do regardless of thinking about it..because life for Jesus begins with you and me..Amen..and we begin right where we are..for once again, guys, it’s not about us..how we feel..what we think or even what it is that we want..but what it is about is a life and heart completely surrendered to Jesus..a heart that loves God’s people..a heart that is full of His word..and a life that lives it out..so I don’t know where you are today in your walk with the Lord but one thing I do know is that wherever you are someone needs what you have..Amen..and if we turn deaf ears to the cries of the ones in whom are around us..then we have missed it..so let us strive to be more like Jesus..Amen..for Jesus looks to the need of others..and Jesus loves all..and Jesus forgives and forgets..and Jesus well He sacrificed His all..for whosoever will..Amen..so until we’re willing to lay down our lives we will never be able to pick up the life that the Lord died for us to be living..and that surrounded life starts today..right now with you and with me..for it is in Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
