“In Christ, we can rest..for in Christ our Lord we find everything it is that we need..Amen..for it is the Lord that takes away the heaviness from our weary souls..for it is the Lord that heals and mends all of our brokeness..Amen..for it is in the Lord that all of our hope should be anchored and there we should rest..Amen..for when we take our eyes off from our Father and we begin to place them elsewhere that is when we begin to become weary..and we begin to worry..and we begin to fret..Amen..but when we trust..and when we stay focused and focused only on Jesus Christ our Lord..we are still..and we are secure..and there we are content..peaceful and are at a complete rest..regardless of the circumstance..regardless of the situation..regardless of any of it..we there find rest and complete stillness and peace..and peace like none other..Amen..so for us and each of us I know that we all from time to time get and grow weary..but I am reminded today by the word of God..that the Lord tells us to not grow weary in all of our well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not..Galatians 6:9..Amen..and as well it is in the Lord’s presence that we find fullness of joy..and at His right hand there are pleasures evermore..Psalm 16:11..Amen..so to know the Lord there as well we must trust the Lord..for it is says to us all..that we are to trust in the Lord with all of our hearts and that we are not to lean upon our own understanding..but that in all of our ways we are to acknowledge Him knowing that He alone will direct our footsteps..Proverbs 3:5-6..for you see when we love Jesus..and we are His and His alone..we can rest..we can wait..and we can be ever so secure..knowing that our Father always has our best interest at heart..and that He promises to work all things together for our good..Romans 8:28..Amen..so let us be like Peter..let us be like John..let us be like Daniel..and let us be as them three young Hebrew boys were there that day when they were thrown into that firey furnace..Amen..because God is with us just as He was with them..Matthew 28:20..Amen..our Lord never changes..but once again guys we all must help ourselves by helping ourselves to always be obedient to the word of God..standing and building our lives upon it..for it alone is our firm, solid and secure foundation..Praise His name..so be still..let us all be still and know that He is God..for I love the scripture that says you meant it for my harm..but God turned it around for my good..Genesis 50:20..Amen..for God says I know the plans that I have for you declares the Lord..plans to prosper and not harm you..plans to give you hope and a future..Jeremiah 29:11..so know that God is our peace..our joy..our strength..our freedom and our complete victory..so don’t let this day go by being filled with doubt and worry about your future or what lies there ahead for you..but pray..trust and then let go..and let us all let go and let God have His way in each of our lives..Amen..for believe me He is always working, mending and fixing everything for us..it may seem like all is at a stand still..or that nothing is changing..but I can once again assure you that it is changing..and it is changing for our good..Amen..so rest today..let each of us rest in who the Lord is and all that He is to us and our lives..knowing that we serve a great big God who can do anything..anywhere and anytime that He alone chooses..why you may ask?..because He is God..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
