“It really doesn’t take much for me to be inspired by something..and today while at work there was this lady in the store that a shirt on that read..”GROW!”…and I look at them words and they honestly began to speak volumes to me..but the one thought was at how the Lord desires that each of us grow in Him..Amen..for it tells us in 2 Peter and in the book of Ephesians that we are to be growing in the Lord..and in His knowledge..Amen..2 Peter 3:18/Ephesians 1:17..for it says that we once were babes in Christ..but we should be desiring the word of God just as an infant would desire milk we should be graving and desiring spiritual milk..in other words, we should be desiring more of the Lord and His word..1 Peter 2:2..Amen..we should be longing to grow up in Him and know His word..Amen..for we all should be changing and growing into the image of Jesus Christ our Lord..we should be more like Him and daily so..and how do we grow in the Lord..well first thing guys is our prayer time with the Lord and our reading of the word of God..Amen..because you see it is time spent alone with Jesus that changes us..and as well it is His word that is alive and active sharper than any two-edged sword..Hebrews 4:12-13..Amen..for it is God’s word that is a lamp to our feet and a light unto our pathways..Psalm 119:105..for the Lord tells us to study to show ourselves approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed..but rightly dividing the word of truth..Amen..2 Timothy 2:15..and why you may ask?..because Gods word is what we use to defeat the enemy..Amen..and it is Gods word that speaks life into our lives..and the more of His word then the more we can be obedient to it..Amen..for Gods word is what brings us freedom..for it says that we will know the truth and the truth shall set us free..John 8:31-32..Amen..for God says my people perish for lack of wisdom..Hosea 4:6..He says wisdom is the principle thing..therefore get wisdom..and with wisdom get understanding..Proverbs 4:7..Amen..for you see the Lord grows us through His word..and our obedience to live by and honor His word..Amen..for that guys is when we grow..when the Lord speaks to us in them moments of life through His word..and His word corrects us or teaches us in them moments of our lives the things that we should or should not be doing..and well in exchange it brings growth..Amen..for we should not be the same as we were last year..we should always be growing and flourishing in our walks and our daily living with our Lord..Amen..so only you know you..Amen..and only you know them things personally in your life that you need to let go of..or you need to change to be able to move forward with the Lord..for Gods attributes should be ours..the way the Lord would be is the way that we should be..Amen..so let us work on our gardens of life so to speak..them spiritual ones..Amen..and let us all start right now growing and flourishing for Jesus Christ our Lord..for it is in His name that I do ask and pray..Jesus’ name, Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
