“For the most part so many of us always seem to think that it’s the other person..or it’s the other people that have the problem..am I not right!?…we face a difficulty and immediately the blame goes somewhere else..it was what they said..it was what they did..they are the ones in whom started it..they were the ones in whom did this or that..and in the midst of it all we stand there and complain about someone else..and we in and of ourselves get mad..we get angry..we get frustrated..and on and on we go trying to justify the fact that were acting the way we are because of them..but really guys the fact of the matter is that it’s not so much them it’s us..and it’s how were choosing to respond to them actions and them words..whatever in the world they may be..because really the battle that we fight against is our ownselves..because regardless of what is happening around us..we are to not focus our attenttion there..were not supposed to let our sinful and selfish natures overtake us in these types of moments..because yes it is that ole enemy of our very souls that tries to get us to be distracted by them distractions..for it’s like going fishing and everytime we catch the fish we want with the bait we throw than will keep on throwing the same ole bait..same way with that ole devil..if he can get us with whatever it is that he’s throwing out there..then guess what he will continue to throw it out there..Amen..so the point of all of this..is that the battle is ourselves..the battle and the war that rages is usually one that is on the inside of us..for you see we are a work in progress..and we are constantly being tested and tried by the fire so to speak..and why you may ask?..well, it’s because the Lord is making us and molding us into them beautiful creations that He alone has created us to be..so flesh has to die..and self has got to go..we are to work on us and who are daily..we are to deny self and pick up our crosses and follow the Lord..Matthew 16:24-26..we are to walk in the spirit..for the word says when we do we will not mind the things of the flesh..Galatians 5:16..and we’re to develop them fruits in our lives..Galatians 5:22-23..and guys I’ll be the first to tell ya..that I need Jesus and I need Him daily..and not just a little bit..but a whole lot do I need Him in my life..and as well I will yet once again be the first to tell you that I have no time to work on someone else and pinpoint their wrongs or mishaps..because honestly to goodness I’m too busy working on me..and who I’m supposed to be for the Lord our God..for you see the word says..”And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye!”…Matthew 7:3-5..Amen..so when it comes down to it to how others are..and what others are doing in this life..always consider who you are and what your doing..Amen..and always consider how you’re responding..because I’m sure that our response will go hand in hand to just how much it is that we still yet need to grow and mature in the Lord..for the Lord is always working on us..because were not perfect..but the scripture says for us to be ye perfect as our Father in heaven is perfect..Matthew 5:48..so let us work on us..and let us pray like never before..and let us shine ever so brightly for Jesus..regardless of what may or may not come our way..let us continually worship and praise our Lord and our Savior..for He alone is worthy of all praise, glory and honor..for you know I love the little song that says this..”He’s still working on me..to make me what I outta be..It took Him just a week to make the moon and stars..The sun and the earth and Jupiter and Mars..How loving and patient He must be..’Cause He’s still workin’ on me!”..Amen..so listen to the word of God when dealing with life..and when dealing with others..for it’s our obedience and our honoring of Jesus and who He is that makes all the difference in this ole world in which we live..for then and only then will we be them cities set on a hill..that honestly cannot be hidden..Matthew 5:14..for remember guys it only takes a little bit of light to repel away that darkness..and Jesus is light and in Him there is no darkness..1 John 1:5..so let your light shine..and shine well for our Lord..always and forever..I do ask and pray..In His name, Jesus’ name..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
