It’s one thing to go along lives way telling everyone else what they should do and shouldn’t do and what not..not trying to be bossy, say the least, but just trying to be helpful…and it’s pretty easy giving others all of this good and helpful information…giving them scriptures and encouragement…but I tell ya guys it’s another whole story when you give yourself them same talks cause I don’t know about the rest of ya, but I will admit I do talk to myself and yes, I do answer myself..lol..and yeah it is funny…but I tell ya something else it is helpful…because when your faced with problems and situations…and when your faced with uncertaintities that comes from time to time in life..then it’s good to talk to yourself…asset the situation and circumstance at hand…you know don’t make a mountain out of a mole hill, or get yourself so worked up that the situation at hand gets way out of hand…but I guess where I’m going with this is that don’t be just a hearer of the word, but the scripture says for us to be doers of the word..James 1:22…for it’s easy to read all about it…but it’s something else actually putting forth them things and actually doing them things in which we’ve read and heard…for we all know that when peace is in the midst of us it’s easy to be all together so to speak…but when them things are going crazy in life…and it’s one thing after another…and your doing fifty million things at one time..and every body is pulling you in all directions…then and only then do them true colors of ours come shining through…then and only then do we really see just what we’re made of..or just how far it is that we have to go to grow and mature for the Lord our God..for we all have to get our flesh under subjection…cause the flesh is what gets us all into trouble…the flesh doesn’t want anything bothering it..we don’t want to be hot..we don’t want to be cold we don’t want to be told what to do..and or how to do it..because of course all of our ways are the best way in our own eyes…for they say that it’s easy to look out and be far sighted about everyone else’s problems and look out and see every one else’s mistakes and faults, but when it comes to our own…that’s another whole story…so today and every day that follows I pray we all do try our very best to work on us and who we are in Christ…that in all things we are content..and that we don’t let our current situations or circumstances change who it is that we are…but rather we choose to shine the light of the Lord..we choose to deny self…for self has got to die and daily die..and we choose to follow Christ..and represent Him and Him alone..for the Bible says that the Lord was upright and a perfect man…Job 1:8…iand perfect in all of His ways…and we as well are to strive to daily be more like Christ…and daily choose to change ourselves into them beautiful and glorious children of the Lord…shining, living and representing Him in all that we do, in all that we say and in all places it is that we go….to be more like Him that should be our goals…truly and honestly living to please our Father…Billy Graham said it best when he said, Our society strives to avoid any possibility of offending anyone, but God….so I believe that if we were focused on the fact of never offending the Lord and we are focused on the fact of never displeasing Him…then we would change and we all would grow…so don’t let any of us excuse our behaviors….and don’t let any of us continually keep living and doing the same things all the while thinking that it’s okay because God forgives sins…for I would like for us all to remember the scripture in the word that says this…Go and sin “NO” more..John 8:11..for were never really sorry for what we do or how we act..if we just keep doing the same ole things..for yes, guys actions do always speak louder then words…so let us let our actions for the Lord speak loud and clear of who we are and what were doing and choosing to do in our lives…for our lives should be a life hidden in the Lord..Colossians 3:3…it should be never second guessed as to who we are or just who it is that we serve…so let us all walk in the spirit and in doing so we won’t mind the things of the flesh..Galatians 5:16…In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and take a look at my page, Thanks a lot, Love ya’ll, Mandi
