Myself, I appreciate them ones in whom love me enough to give it to me straight….if I’m slipping, if I’m falling then they will call me out on it…and to me that is true love…cause you see in the bible the Lord says whom He loves He corrects..Proverbs 3:12…so I don’t mind correction…cause I know that correction is gonna change me into the person in whom God would have for me to be….see we don’t see ourselves really the way that we should…cause were use to us….but others can see and God especially can see the true us…the person behind closed doors….the person behind the masks that some may wear….see it’s like when your a child and your mommy tells you to clean your room…and you kinda put it off…and than the mommy may call out to you and say in 10 minutes I am coming to check over your room..it had better be clean….so we rush around…throwing things under the bed…in the closet…in the dresser drawers …just anywhere and everywhere we can to hide those things….some adults still do the same…they take their secret sins and they push them way down deep into their hearts to hide them….but knowing really and truly that them things are still there but never to deal with them….see Gods words says that those secret sins will be revealed…anything hidden in secret will be made known..Luke 8:17….I think a lot never changes for a lot of people because when God shows them their ways and their actions …they never deal with them…and never really deny themselves and give God full reign over their life too help them to get rid of all that stuff that has no place in their hearts…and or in their lives….see God wants us to bear much fruit in our life..John 15:8…He wants the gifts of the spirit to be made known in our lives…and what are these gifts of the spirit?….Well they are love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law…Galatians 5:22-23…cause guys that’s what is gonna make a difference in our life…that is what others are gonna notice about us….when we are living and walking in the spirit of the Lord….so let us let go of self, let us let go of our ways..and let us all daily pick up our crosses and fully and wholeheartedly follow Jesus..Luke 9:23….for that’s what this life is all about…and when we follow the Lord that’s when we will all live the abundant life that God died that each of us would live..John 10:10…Amen and Amen!!
