Were told that we are to guard our hearts…above all else to guard them,…Proverbs 4:23…for out from them flows the issues of life…we are to protect them and to ensure that they are being well nourished and fed with good and wholesome things….see if we don’t guard ourselves than we will end up with a lot of heart aches and a lot of pains and hurts in our lives….we can’t just hear all that’s being spoken unto us…and really we shouldn’t be hearing and or listening to a lot of things….especially if these things are gonna hurt our heart….words are very powerful when spoken…and sometimes we can choose to just simply turn away from harmful and hurtful words that others may say….and a lot of times wisdom is not wanting to hear what others feel or think about you and your life…cause really it isn’t any of our business….wisdom knows that if we feed into that juicy so called gossip than as well it doesn’t feed or nourish our souls the way it should…but it feeds and nourishes that ole flesh of ours…see we can’t be as productive as we should be or even as we could be when we sit and listen to murmuring and a lot of gossip…cause it is only hurting us spiritually other than helping us along the way….so choose to turn from what he said to what she said and so forth…and choose to not hear or listen to someone that is about to tell you something that isn’t good or positive for you and your life….for the word of the Lord says, Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things…Philippians 4:8….so let us all choose to walk in the spirit and in doing so we will not be minding the things of the flesh…Romans 8:5….so guard yourself, and only you can guard what you see, what you hear, and what you choose yourself to listen too…so let us be wise in everything and anything it is that we do…and let us walk in the light of the Lord at all times…and let us always remember that God is present in every conversation that each of us may have…so let us all make sure that the Lord would be pleased with our conversations and just what all were listening to…In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray…Amen and Amen!!
