”So last night as my son Anthony was leaving for work he was putting on his boot 🥾 and there was a small piece of rock 🪨 in one of them..and so he had placed it on and took it right back off..Amen..and we were laughing because we was thinking 🤔 how in the world did that get in there for his boots are high ones..so he takes it off and gets it out and went on to work..but as he was leaving and I begin thinking 💭 Lord moving into this New Year of 2025..my heart ❤️ and my prayer is that I consider the cost of my ways..my actions..my attitude..my words..my gestures..my thought life..that I truly consider the cost and what it truly cost all of them things that I am and that I do..Amen!”

”Because even with that tiny small piece of rock 🪨 that was there in his boot 🥾..not very big..most of the time overlooked..but can you imagine what would’ve happened to his foot 🦶 if he would’ve kept that in his boot all night a 12 hour shift and just walked around with it in there?..can you imagine the damage that small little thing would’ve done?..it would’ve been awful 😞..more than likely he would’ve had to go to the doctor 🧑‍⚕️..get medicine 💊 get some antibiotic cream..had it bandaged up..more than likely not able to wear a shoe 👞 for a while..and if it were let go..it could’ve really caused issues for him for the rest of his life..Amen!”

”But again that is my heart ❤️ this morning for us all..what is the small things that we do that we overlook..that if we were honest with ourselves we would know immediately what they are..Amen..and what I want us all to do is consider the cost of the small thing or things that we do..towards family..towards friends..towards coworkers..towards life in and of itself..Amen..the attitude and words we speak towards family..the gossiping and things we may say and speak in private towards our friends..the unwillingness to help a coworker even though we know we can..all the while saying to ourselves oh well that’s not my job..Amen..and how about with life?..driving in traffic and just blowing the horn on your car 🚗 acting like a crazy person..throwing your hands up making bad gestures if you will..driving past a need when you see that homeless person standing there..even though the Lord has been dealing with your heart to stop..but you say oh well let them get a job..Amen!”

”So we always consider self love..self help..when heading into the New Year 🎆..Amen..but how about we consider the cost of the small things we do..the small ways we act..and consider just as that small piece of rock 🪨 if it weren’t removed and it was a oh well attitude I’ll just deal with it..then it would be lead to a big ole mess..Amen..so I’m just trying to enlighten 💡 us all to pay attention to what we’re about to do..and let the old way if you will..or the old man per say if you will..fall by the way of the grave in all of our lives..let them small tiny little ugly things die as we move into a brand new year..Amen..let us renew our minds..(Romans 12:2)..and let us all hear the Lord saying to us..’Behold I do a new thing now..it shall spring forth shall you not know it..I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert 🏜️..(Isaiah 43:19)..Amen..so again consider the cost this new year..let us consider those things that we do..that we have grown accustomed too..that we disregard..and let us do better..let us be better..and in turn we will have a great and prosperous beautiful 😍 filled happy blessed Year ahead for us..Amen..for again..everything we do matters..and it does matter greatly..Amen!”
