So today as Erik and I were at the pool supply company the gentleman that was working there and assisting us..begin to talk with Erik about motorcycles..cause my hubby loves Harley’s…so as we were checking out he begins to tell us that his dad had passed away a few years back on his motorcycle..he said that his father had diabetes and his body went into shock and he wrecked and didn’t make it that day..so, of course, we give the man our condolences and tell him how very sorry we was about that..and he says that’s okay..within the last two years..I have lost my dad, my mom, my sister..my grandparents and even lost my dog..and at that moment I literally began to cry..and of course we tell him again that were so very sorry about all of this…and he looks at us..and he says you know God has been good to me through all of this..and that life is what we ourselves choose to make it..if we want to be happy we must choose to be happy..but the choice he says is always ours..he says so I chose happiness..and I choose to believe that one day I’ll see them again..Amen..so needless to say as we were walking back to the truck, Erik, says honey that sure gives you a whole lot to be thankful for..for you see guys we never fully realize just how rich and blessed we are in life until that moment such as today when you meet a man as we did and you hear all of lives heartaches that has been thrown his way..and at how life is what it is..and we all do face many things in this life..but one thing I pray we remember is that life is short..and time stands still for none..and the choices we make and the things we do and say should always be with gratitude and thankfulness unto the Lord..so tonight as you get ready to end this lovely day that we’ve been given..take time to hug your loved ones just a little more tighter..take time to express just how much it is that they mean to you..cause death happens and sometimes it happens unexpectedly..we get no time to say goodbye..or to even say or do them things that we were wanting to all because we think that life is going to be forever or the fact that we always have or will have enough time..but sometimes there isn’t anymore time..so do today what needs to be done..and don’t put off for tomorrow..for we all know that tomorrow may not come..so love your family..love your friends..share that love to all..and forgive and forget..and let go and let God..Amen..for  the bible says that our lives are merely a vapor were only here for a moment and then were gone..James 4:14..so make the best of your life..and live a life that has no regrets if by chance tomorrow wouldn’t come for one of our loved ones..for one of our very closest and dearest friends..for you see none of us ever like to think that way..but it’s true guys..and when it’s over well it’s just that, it’s over..there are no do overs..there are no second chances..so live as if tonight this very night were your last one..think about what you need to do..and think about the things you need to say and them things that you may just need to make right..for God has our days numbered..Job 14:5-7..and when the time is up, well it’s up..so let us enjoy our gifts that we’ve been so blessed with..love a little more..hug a little tighter..and live your life just a little bit more free..and be thankful always unto the Lord and daily do so about all your many blessings..all of them things that money cannot buy…for we never know do we guys when it all could be taken away from us..for they say that death is that one thing that is the most crulest thing in life..for death leaves such an emptiness..such a heartache..and such a scar..but praise be to the Lord that gives strength that helps us to overcome the heartaches and all the pain that comes with it..for it does come at times in waves..so don’t regret your life..and don’t have no remorse..if by chance as I say that one of our loved ones were to be called on home forever to stay..so let us think about those things and let us ponder them things in our hearts..for sometimes it does a life good to think about it and imagine if they were gone..what would you do?..how would you feel?..and what would you change?..for you see sometimes we take for granted and never to fully realize it until as we did today when we met that man and heard all about his heartaches and all his pain that he has endured and that he has went through…for yes guys if it has happened to others it can happen to us..for none of us or our lives are exempt..for the Lord lets it rain on the just and the unjust..Matthew 5:45..and the word says it is appointed unto man to die once and after that it is judgement..Hebrews 9:27…so make sure to have all your ducks in a row so to speak..have no regrets whatsoever about anything in your life..be free in all areas…live free..and stand free knowing that you are living and loving just as our Lord and Savior would have for you to be..In Jesus’ name, I do
