So I have recently met a lady and she literally has anything and everything it is that she could ever desire in all of her life..she’s married..she has three grown children..she has grand babies on the way..she has a beautiful home..never really to want for anything in her life..she can buy anything and she can go anywhere..anytime it is that her heart would desire..but even though she has all of this..she isn’t at all satisfied and or content with her life..I’m not sure if she is a christian or not..never have had the opportunity to ask..but either way it once again has shown me that money cannot nor does it ever buy us happiness..for we all can buy things and save to get certain things that were wanting or what not..but even then after we’ve gotten what we’ve wanted..our hearts are only joyful for but a moment..see the thirsting and the quenching of our hearts are only filled with God..Psalm 107:9..only the Lord brings total and complete satisfaction to us all..only the Lord gives joy unspeakable and full of glory..only the Lord brings happiness to our lives..for God is our joy, peace, He alone is our happiness and complete freedom…He alone is the mender, the healer, the deliver for each of us and our souls..so when we think of happiness if were not happy now with what we have in life..were still not going to be happy with anymore..because happiness once again is not found in the things we buy, too the money that we may possess..but happiness is found in our Lord and our relationship it is that we have in Him and Him alone..I believe that’s why we can smile through our hardships and our struggles..because were not trusting in this life or this world and the things that it gives to satisfy us and our lives..for our hope comes from the Lord and only from Him..so we know that we know that we are blessed..and that when we sow in tears we shall and we will reap in much joy..Psalm 126:5-6…for God’s joy it is our strength..Nehemiah 8:10..so ask of the Lord to fill you up with His joy and His presence..for that alone is the most precious and rewarding thing we can ever have or ever obtain in all of our lives..for what the world needs now is love, sweet love, for it is that only thing that there’s just to little of..and God, our God is love..1 John 4:8..we need God more than anything we have in all of our lives..for once again guys our lives have nothing to do with us..but everything to do with Him..so let us all delight ourselves in the Lord and as His word says He will gives each of us our hearts desires..Psalm 37:4..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
