We daily work on who we are..and we daily live for the Lord..we daily keep our minds and hearts fixed on Jesus..we don’t spend our time worrying, fretting and living fearful for the future of our lives..we don’t live our days talking and gossiping about others and their lives…for you see guys working on who we are..that is an all day process..and all day learning how to live and walk the pathway that God has intended for us to be walking..for the word of God says to daily pick up our crosses and follow Him..Matthew 16:24..so this morning and asking each of you have you yet to pick up your cross..I pray you pick it up and daily each morning pick it up and get to carrying it for our Lord..it may get heavy from time to time..it may be light as well from time to time..but my prayer is that we never let go of it..but that we hold fast to the cross..for the bible says the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God…1 Corinthians 1:18…for you see in the cross is where we found our salvation..for in the cross victory was won for us..and in that cross the Lord our God defeated death, hell and the grave..so we hold tightly to what the Lord done on Calvary..we never let go of that..and we never forget that our lives are to be lived and lived daily for Jesus…we all are here on this earth for a reason and for a purpose..so strive to daily live in Gods purpose and Gods will for your life…and live your life loving the Lord..and working on the person in whom Christ would have for you to be..ridding ourselves from all things that would try to hinder us or weigh us down in our walks with the Lord..so let us do as the word says…Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things..Philippians 4:8..for as a man thinks so is he..Proverbs 23:7..and we win in our minds..for if we think we can than we can..but as well if we think we can’t we can’t…so think about the goodness of the Lord..think about good and wholesome thoughts..keep your mind and heart covered and keep your mouth and lips speaking and talking everything that is praise worthy or up lifting..encouraging to be helping others..just living and being that light that the Lord intended for us all to be for Him..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
