“Don’t overlook them things you do!”

This morning as my husband and I was talking we begin to talk about how you have to always pay attention to the things you, yourself do…considering our actions..to the way we talk..to the way we act..to the way we treat people..to them little not so funny jokes we say..and on and on the things that we ourselves are doing..because everything we do and everything we say is honestly and truly who we are as a person..so I thought about myself and the way I am…and I know by far I’m not at all perfect..nor would I ever claim to be..and there are many things in my life that need worked on..for our actions and the things we do are always either something good or something bad..there isn’t a so called in between..it’s either were doing good or bad..that’s pretty plain and simple..and once again no one other than the Lord knows us for who we really are..and the Lord knows what we need to fix and work on in our lives..but if we let things go and we begin to fall short in the way we consider things that were doing in our lives..we as well will begin to compromise and before long them little things turn into big things..for a whole lot of people talk really ugly and nasty to their spouses..they roll their eyes they never have a kind word to say to them..it’s always immediately an attitude with their spouse..or even with their children..and I’m sure it didn’t start out that way in their lives..but somehow along the way the attitude began…and we all know that it’s starts with a small gesture and before long it ends up being habit in life..so they just do it never considering the spouses feelings..never considering their children’s feelings..they just talk to them how ever they choose to speak and talk to them..is that right?..by no means is it right..for the word says that we are to honor our spouses we are to treat them with the upmost respect..1 Peter 3:7…we are to train up our children in the way that they should go and when their older they won’t depart from it..Proverbs 22:6..for how many of ya know that your children model in your footsteps as a parent..and do you guys want your children to be screaming and yelling at your grand babies one day?..I think not..so why would people want to  scream and yell at their children and their babies..see we all have to work on who we  are..for who we are comes out from us..for the word says it’s not the outward that’s the problem…but it’s that inward man that needs to be fixed..Matthew 23:26..for out from the abundance of our hearts our mouths speak.Matthew 12:34…and once again guys when we ain’t right with ourselves we ain’t right with no one else..we can’t be..when were not happy we don’t treat others the way we should be treating them..but when we take time to work on us..and our own personal relationship with Christ then we are so much more better at working on our relationships with others that may be in our lives..for when we love God the way we should..we as well begin to love others the way we should..Amen..for when others are not at all that nice to others it is very ugly to say the least and not at all godly..so let us go even further as to sitting around talking about people..for at first you’ll feel a little bad saying things about others..but if you continue on talking and gossiping about others you’ll do it continually..and you’ll never think twice about it..because the word of God says that you’ll become reprobate and you won’t listen to that still small voice of God..Romans 1:27-29…you’ll overlook it and you’ll begin to do and live the way you choose other than the way God chooses or desires for you to be living..so my point of it all is that no one can work on us except us…and we do that by them daily choices and decisions that we make..for we all have to begin somewhere in life..and why not today..why not today let us all be really honest with who we are..and let us begin to talk and treat everyone with the upmost respect and talk about others the way we would want someone to sit around and talk about us..and if we have something to say let it be done with dignity and grace..not being obnoxious with the way we are presenting ourselves..but doing it to represent the Lord..and shining and living a life of love..and living a life that is pleasing to Jesus..and not being this fake half hearted person..that pretends to have it all together and honestly have nothing together…only to get home and live and talk and act ways that are the furthest thing from living, talking and acting like a christian or a child of God should be..sure we get mad from time to time…we all do..we mess up from time to time..and we do things..but to daily live in turmoil..to live in strife..to live a life that is not a well rounded happy life..is not at all the way that any of us should be living..for Christ died that we could live a happy fulfilled life..He died to give us freedom..and to give us liberty..He died that we can be free..Amen..and He died that we can live this life to the fullest..and live it abundantly..John 10:10..so let us live this life well..let us work on us..let us love like we’ve never loved..and let us once again treat others the way we ourselves want to be treated..never overlooking them small tiny things that we may begin to do..that are not at all pleasing to Lord..for them little things guys always turn into big things..for the one bad apple spoils the whole basket full..so let us not let no bad apples so to speak take and spoil anything that we are as a person..as a wife..as a husband..as a friend..but let us life our lives working on us..being the best we can be..pleasing the Lord our God in all that we say and in all that we do..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
