So within these last few days I have noticed and learned a whole lot about chickens..and for one thing they follow each other..if one does something the others go right behind them and do the same..when it’s bed time for them in the evenings and they go up in their little house to sleep all it takes is for one of them to begin climbing up that ladder and no matter what the others are doing they all begin to follow..and I thought that was so cool..that they all kinda speak to one another in their own language per say…but any ways I have been thinking about those chickens and how they follow them other chickens and I thought about us and how we as well will do what others around us are doing..and we follow them..if they think something is okay or they think we can do this or that or really whatever it is we as well will do it…because the word of God says He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed…Proverbs 13:20..we all know and I’m sure we all have heard it before that you are who you hang with..in other words you are the company that you keep..for as well the word of God says that iron sharpens iron..and so a mans friend will sharpen his countenance..Proverbs 27:17..for we have to pay attention to the company that were keeping..for we will end up following people and doing things that their doing even if them things may not at all be good for us…for I always think about this preacher and his message he preached was talking about a man on his ship and he was on course heading towards that beautiful island but he begins talking to his friends and not really paying much attention and he ends up taking the boat just a little bit off course..so the further out in the sea he got he noticed that he wasn’t heading towards that island but he was heading right towards a whole bunch of massive rocks…so the point of it all is even when we may think were on course in our lives..and we may think that were heading and going in the right direction..we could find ourselves off course and never realize it until we reach that place of destruction or look up to only see that we too are heading and moving towards them huge massive rocks of life..so the only way that we stay on course and keep the faith is staying daily close to the Lord..for the Lord tells us to follow Him and that He would make us fishers of men..Matthew 4:19..for the bible says that Jesus is the only way to heaven..there is no other way…but the Lord..for He says I am the way, the truth and the life and no man comes to the Father but by me..John 14:6..so whatever we do any of us..make sure that were following the Lord and His voice..for He tells us that His voice we would know and that the voice of a stranger we would not follow..John 10:27..for where we go and who we are following matters guys in our lives..so follow the Lord today and everyday of your life..for the Lord is our life…and He alone is the one that is leading us and guiding us in the right direction of our lives…for there is no other following that we need to be following other than the Lord..so be still and listen to Jesus today guiding you and leading you along lives pathway…In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
