“The little things mean the most!”

So yesterday I received a package from my dad’s wife Sherry..and maybe you all don’t know but a little over two months ago my dad passed away suddenly..and that was the hardest thing for us all as a family..and still is very hard daily…it’s shown us that life is very fragile and that life is truly and honesty a gift from the Lord and that we should never, ever take it for granted..all of our gifts..but anyways I received this package and I sit down and I went to open it up..and it was one of my daddy’s favorite shirts he used to wear..and she had it made into a pillow for me..so needless to say it was the most wonderful gift I have ever received and it means so much..so I hugged that pillow and I cried and I prayed…and of course the pillow smelled like a wood burning stove..cause my daddy loved his wood burning stove..and he loved the outdoors..so I placed the pillow in my computer chair..and it looks beautiful there..it is very comforting to me..so I said all of this to just say that daily we all can do something for our loved ones..no matter how big or small the gesture is..let us love and appreciate them while we still have them..letting them know and daily knowing just how much it is that we love them…for the bible says that life is but a vapor were here for but a moment and then were gone..James 4:14..so we are to live daily in the moments that we’ve been given..and that we’ve been blessed with..we are to forget yesterday..and we are and we should grab ahold of this day that were in right now in our lives..we are not to fret ourselves over tomorrow..for tomorrow may never come for us we never know…so the biggest thing in our lives is being ready to meet the Lord our God if by chance He were to call us on home..and to be made right with them ones in whom is in our lives..having no ought in our hearts against or towards anyone..but always living our lives pleasing the Lord with everything we do and with everything we say..are we perfect or will we ever be perfect?…no, we won’t be…not ever…because only the Lord the bible says is perfect and upright in all of His ways..Deuteronomy 32:4..Amen..so do we mess up?..yeah we do from time to time…do we miss the mark so to speak sometimes?..yeah we do from time to time..but do we willfully sin and do things against the word of God and what He desires from you and from me?…no we should never willfully sin and go against the Lord…so we do our best with what we have..and daily we do our best..we keep ourselves free from the things of this world..and we focus our attention on them most meaningful things in our lives…which is our family and friends..Amen..never to have regrets if by chance like my dad they may leave this ole world unexpectedly and or so suddenly…so let us love like we’ve never loved before..and let us give of ourselves and give of our time..and make time..and do them things as I said even if there small things..do them things for our family and for our friends..whatever in the world it may be..because we all know and we’ve all heard that them small things are honestly to goodness them big things in life..In Jesus’ name..I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
