As far as being the best thing that any of us can ever do for ourselves in all of our lives is to learn how to manage our stress..to learn to not let stress overtake us and or overwhelm us..because stress and life are always going to be there..for each of us..we can’t escape it guys..so we must learn how to deal with it..because stress is a very ugly word when it comes to our over all health and well being..stress will literally kill us..it cause so many ailments in our body…it causes depression..it brings on blood pressure problems..it causes unhappiness..it causes anger…it cause us to be ways that were not..it causes us to do things and say things that we never would ever say or do in all of our lives..so I do believe that is why the Lord our God stresses to us to cast our every care upon Him for He cares for us..1 Peter 5:7/Psalm 55:22..and for us to learn from Him..and to take His yoke upon us for He says His yoke is easy and His burden is light..Matthew 11:29-30..Amen..and as well I believe that is why the Lord tells us to pray and to pray at all times for that is His will concerning each of us in life..1 Thessalonians 5:17-18..for we are told as well to not take no thought for our lives what we shall eat or drink what we shall wear and so forth for it says we can’t add anything to it by worrying..Matthew 6:25-33..but what it does do is take away from the day that were in and all of the happiness that God has prepared for us..for you see we have free will to do whatsoever guys we decide to do with our day..and we should be doing our best with what we have…being thankful no matter what..Amen..always seeing the glass half full rather than half empty…being positive knowing that God Almighty is in control…and that our God can do anything…for as a man thinks we all know so is he..Proverbs 23:7..so we change our minds and we will change our lives and our worlds..so life as we know happens guys..but we have to learn to not be controlled and or manipulated by what is or isn’t taking place..for we should refuse to let anything steal away our joy..and or our peace..for the joy of the Lord is our strength..Nehemiah 8:10..so today let us learn to make the best of every situation and every problem that is in our pathway..and face it head on knowing that God is with us and knowing that God is for us..so we keep on moving forward and we do as the word says we don’t grow weary in our well doing..for in due season we shall reap if we faint not..Galatians 6:9..I love the song that says this..”Many things about tomorrow I don’t seem to understand…But I know who holds tomorrow..and I know that He holds my hand!”…so we need not worry ourselves and or fret ourselves over things that we can’t control..and we should just give up and let Jesus take over..Amen..for the song says this..and He’ll make a way for you..and He always and forever does..for we serve a very magnificent Lord…and He loves us with an ever lasting love..so once again stay filled up..for we know we can’t give away to anyone else what we ourselves don’t have..and when we ain’t right with ourselves then we aren’t right with others..so stay focused on the Lord..not on the problems..not on the storms..not on your circumstances and or your situations..but just on the Lord..for there is peace in the midst of the storm..knowing that God is in complete control..for I say it this way..Our God can do anything..anytime..and anywhere that He alone chooses..for He is God..it always takes me back to the disciples and when they were on the boat with the Lord..and at how a great storm arose on the sea..and at how the disciples became so fearful and so afraid..and at how Jesus was in the bow of the boat sleeping..isn’t that like our Lord?.. He isn’t disturbed by the winds or the waves..but He was at peace and He was resting in the midst of it all..Amen..but his disciples not so much..and so they go to the Lord and say unto Master doeth thou not care that we perish..and the Lord arose and He rebuked the wind and said unto he sea..peace be still..and the word says there was a great calm..and He said unto His disciples…Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?  And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?…Mark 4:37-41…so today I’ve come to let each and everyone of us know that God is in our boats..Amen..and that all is well…all is well..all is well..so let us trust in the Lord..and let us not doubt what our Father can and will do for each and everyone of us and our lives..In Jesus’ name,  I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
