To some they really and honestly don’t know exactly just what the cross represents..and really what all the cross means…for the cross isn’t just a symbol that we wear around our necks on a tiny chain maybe for some..or maybe they have a cross on the bumper sticker of their car…who knows..but the cross is a symbol that is used by so many…but for me the cross is my life..for the cross is more than a symbol..it’s more then just seeing a cross and seeing and representing it as a being a christian..but the cross is a place to where our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us all…it was on that cross that redemption was paid in full…for the Lord He defeated death, hell and the grave..our Lord Jesus was born for the sole purpose of dying on Calvary’s cross for me and for you that we could go free…He shed His blood there and that blood still runs deep..so very deep to this very day..for it is by our Lords precious blood that we are saved..that we are covered…it is by the Lords stripes that we are healed..Isaiah 53:5…Amen…for the blood is our life line to freedom and redemption from that ole devil and he’s evil plans that he tries to bring in the lives of Gods children..for you see the Lord died that we all could and would have a life and life of abundance..John 10:10..for it was never in vain that our Savior died…for we are free guys..if you are a child of God then never fret in your life..always know that Jesus is for you and that Jesus is with you always…so even if here on this earth we may lose some things..we may get knocked down from time to time..we may face difficulties and face hardships…even through all of them things we are still victorious…through and by our Father and what He did on that old rugged cross for you and for me..for whosever will call upon His name..the bible says shall be saved..Romans 10:13…so when we consider our lives and what we face…guys that’s nothing in comparison to what our Lord Jesus faced and went through while He was here and walked this earth for 33 and half years…Amen…for our Lord suffered…and was persecuted…wrongfully accused…even in the Garden of Gethsemane..the bible says that Jesus fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt..Matthew 26:39..so He chose to go on to do the will of His Father..and Praise the Lord that He went on to Calvary’s Cross..that He didn’t grow weary…but He stayed the course..and stayed close to God…He didn’t get distracted by them distractions…I mean His friends turned away from Him…they denied Him..they all left the Lord…so it wasn’t as if Jesus didn’t face so much while He was here for He did and He faced so very much..But our Lord overcame it all…He kept going…for He was staying the path..He was staying the course…and I am ever so thankful that He chose to go on and walk that path that God had layed out for Him and His life..so that we could be free…there is no greater love than at the cross and what Jesus did there…for He could’ve called on ten thousand angels..but He stayed there on that cross…He didn’t try to defend Himself..he didn’t fight the people…He willfully went and surrendered…for He was about His Fathers business..Luke 2:49..He knew He was on a mission from the throne room of God..so just know guys the Lord He did defeat that ole grave….He is risen! Amen!!…for the bible says…”In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. And if this come to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day. Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen….Matthew 28:1-20…so when you look at your life and you look at who you are..I pray you never forget who your Father is and that Jesus Christ is His name..and that all things in heaven and in earth belong to Him and Him alone..so don’t let this ole world get you  depressed…don’t let satan steal your joy…your peace and or your freedom..because a very high price was paid for our freedom..so stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ Jesus has made you free and be ye not entangled again with the yoke of bondage..Galatians 5:1..for whom the Son sets free is free indeed..John 8:36..and guys we are free in our Lord..we are free in our lives..we have all liberty..to be who we need to be an who the Lord intends for us to be for Him and Him alone..so never forget that our Father knows your name..He calls you by name..and that you are His and He is yours..Amen…so let us always be thankful for the Cross and daily be thankful for it..never forgetting what our Lord did there for me and for you..cause our freedom and liberty is found in that Cross and what Jesus did there…so let us never forget that..In Jesus’ name..I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
