I always feel that people should always be working on themselves..by keeping themselves all healthy on the inside..and I’m not speaking of health in general guys..but I’m speaking of our spiritual health…keeping that inward man all healthy..all cleaned up and filled up…with God’s anointing and God’s fruit of the spirit…don’t get me wrong a healthy life in general is as well very important..but our spiritual health is way more important as to us as a whole and who we are…because sometimes we don’t work on us..were too busy trying to work on others..other than working on ourselves…cause how true it is that when looking at someone else it’s so very easy to see what needs working on when it comes to them..but by looking at ourselves we fail and usually fall short when we consider who we are and what all were doing wrong..considering who we are on the inside..because a bitter inside…and an ugly attitude are the worst guys..but what’s even worse is being mean to people..and being mean and selfish when it comes to the way we are treating people…and how we talk to people..for what’s in us comes out from us..for the bible says out from the abundance of our hearts our mouths speak..Matthew 12:34/Luke 6:45..but as well it says that the heart is deceitful above all who can know it?..Jeremiah 17:9..for we must constantly work on us guys..and I mean work on being a real true blue person in whom is following and living the life for the Lord..I mean honestly to goodness totally captivated by the Lord and so in turn you give it all up…all of yourself you do deny…for you know that you’ve been bought with a price..1 Corinthians 6:20..and so you work on that inward man because you know that God sees the inside not as a man sees does God see the bible says..for man sees the outward but God sees the heart..1 Samuel 16:7..Amen..so we work on who we are..because we want who we are on the outside to line up with that inside of ours..we don’t want to be a fake person..and I know that people walk the walk and talk the talk in front of other people..but I mean to walk it and live it for Jesus…always knowing that the word says that God knows our thoughts from afar off..Psalm 139:2..for I will say it again when we are not right within ourselves we cannot be right with others…for we can’t help or give away to anyone else what we ourselves don’t have..I seen a notebook today..and written on the front it said this..to change your life, you must change the way you think!”…Amen…so we get that man on the inside fixed up…we keep that man tip top shape and always..we may slack and fall of the wagon so to speak when it comes to exercising and that general health of ours…we kinda stop going to the gym..we kinda start eating all that bunch of stuff that we know good and well isn’t any good for us….but we go right ahead and do it anyways…because we get lazy and we bored with it..so we figure it will be alright will start back up later on..maybe next week and so on…and that may be fine and dandy..but how many comes to realize that the next week comes and you don’t start back as you thought you would…and so goes another week and on and on..until we done let ourselves go…and when we get that far we don’t really ever get the desire or motivation to get started again…but the same difference goes with our spirit filled man..we begin missing bible study…to missing church on Sunday…to slacking when it comes to praying..and reading our bibles..and before long we kind of just stop…we stop going all together…and or we begin to not really have the desire…so we say next time..or maybe later this evening and on and on it goes..and we try to contemplate this or that..and before long we just end up with tons of excuses as to why we don’t do them things any longer…but I tell ya them things aren’t a whatever types of things…for them things are nessasary..for you see guys we want to keep ourselves from sin…we want to keep ourselves from the world and the ways of it…we want to help ourselves grow..we want to stay away from all that evil…we want to be spiritually fit for when that ole devil comes around…and when life begins happening and throwing us a whole lot of curve balls..or our health may begin to start failing us..and we do that by our faithfulness…and faithfulness always to God..Amen…we don’t go to church for people..we go for the Lord…we don’t read our bibles whenever…because the word of God is the Lord’s way of speaking to us…and we don’t stop fellowshipping with likeminded believers…because iron sharpens iron so a mans friend sharpens his countenance..Proverbs 27:17..we do what we are suppose to be doing to stay strong..to stay steadfast..never to be moving from the Lord..but to always be abounding..and growing in the Lord…Amen..and guys that takes our effort…that takes our will power to do them things..we must always place and keep the Lord first place..always giving Him the first…but whatever any of us do…I pray we don’t slack in the inner man of ours..for that guys is the place as to where we win or lose..and the choice is always ours…for faith without works is dead…the bible says..”What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also….James 2:14-26…so know that the effort always lies in our hands..the ball is always in our court..we have free will to do whatsoever in the world we so desire to do…but just know that one day we all..each of us..will stand before our Maker..and we all will give an account for everything it was that we did to everything it was that we did not do..so let us choose wisely what we daily do..for guys once again everything any of us ever do in all of our lives matters and matters greatly..so let us work on ourselves…becoming better than who we was yesterday…growing closer daily to our Father in whom is up in heaven..In Jesus’ name..I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends
