Surface cleaning is one thing guys..but I tell ya deep cleaning really gets the job done and done right..I mean how many of us have pulled out their refrigerators..microwaves…and even maybe some of your big area rugs..only to find a whole lot of stuff…you may find bread ties..money..of course dust..dirt..a little of this and a little of that..not ever knowing that them things were there because we keep that surface of them completely spotless..and so they looked up to par so to speak…they looked really, really good to us and as well to others in whom come to our homes..so we figure it looks good on that outside so the rest is okay as well…but guys sometimes we have to really get down and get our hands dirty and move out a bunch of things and get to really cleaning and cleaning up all that little bunch of mess that’s tried to hide under our beds..or under our rugs..or as I said under them refrigerators of ours…for I know I speak of this often but I do this because it’s serious when we consider only surface cleaning when it comes to that inward man of ours…when we just dress it up and fix it up..dye it up..and look as I said up to par..because how many of ya know we do live in a generation that looks at that outward man and thinks that they have that person figured out..but I’ve got news for ya..looks are deceiving..we can’t look at someone and know them…but I’m not going there speaking of our outward appearance..my point is that each of us know us..we know that inward man..but what we do is push back all of them dirty little secrets maybe…push way back in them corners of our hearts all of that bunch of mess that is there on the inside of us..we never take time to really ask of the Lord to cleanse our hearts..and to purify us and heal that heart of ours..clean it all up..for our hearts the bible says is wicked above all and it says who can know it..Jeremiah 17:9…other than the Lord..because guys out from the abundance of our hearts our mouths speak..Luke 6:45..but as well as a man thinks so is he..Proverbs 23:7..so we never really get to the place to being completely free in our lives because we don’t take time to get our hands dirty so to speak by dealing with us and who we are..by getting on our knees and crying out for that new man to rise up and spring forth..for that ole man to honestly to goodness die..and for all the hurt and the pains…maybe the guilt and the shame that we may feel from who we use to be..is still there..so we are to deal with us..there is no getting around it guys..we may go without that deep cleaning in our homes..but when it comes to our inner most being..we can’t lack there..and we can’t get lazy when it comes to dealing with that stuff that is laying around in the home of our hearts..so many face things daily..all because they don’t take time to deal with them..by prayer and by reading the word of God and seeking the Lords face..for the heart is where we win or lose..because it has to be guarded..and protected..for you see that inward man of ours lives on forever and ever..the outward well it perishes..but we daily cleanse that inward..we daily deal with whatever it is that we know needs to be dealt with..we don’t over look the way we talk, act..the things we do..to the things we say…because them things is who we are..them things are what’s inside of us..and we are to be changing guys from glory to glory..to be made more into the image of our Father…so don’t neglect yourself..and don’t carry around the past..and don’t live your life living it with unforgiveness…and don’t be hating on people..and don’t be jealous..and don’t be a gossiper..or a murmurer…or a complainer…but let us just live our lives in love…and live our lives free..and live our lives always and forever being thankful to the Lord for all that He has done in our lives..for we all can say where would we be if it had not been for the Lord..Psalm 124:1..and yet once again guys this life isn’t about us..but it’s all about Jesus..so let us rise and let us be better than the man in whom we was yesterday…let us live but as well let us learn and grow..for others see our actions and we know that our actions speak louder than our words..and as well let us not ever forget that for some we are the only bible in which they will ever read…so think about what you, yourself is doing..and how you, yourself is living life..and than ask yourself if it is pleasing to the Lord the person in whom you are..and I pray we all are honest with ourselves..and than I pray we get to working on us..and not be so concerned about how others are living their lives..but being concerned about how you are living your life…for when we help ourselves we are able to help others..for I say this..you cannot give away to anyone else what you, yourself doesn’t have..and guys we are always a work in progress…so for daily I have to do that surface cleaning..and I wonder where in the world does all of that dirt come from..so I can only image when I get to that deep down cleaning how much would be there..for when we do better our lives changes and they start getting better…for when we help ourselves then we are able to be helped.. for it starts with you and me moving and growing into that person that God is desiring for us to be..so let us all get busy helping ourselves with the help of Jesus..In His
