I have a well on my back patio..and I have loved it every since I had moved here into this house..for it always takes me to the book of John when the Samaritan woman was there at Jacob’s well to draw water..and Jesus was there…and at how He tells us her that if she would drink from the water that He would give that she would never thirst again…for it would be a well of water springing up into ever lasting life…John 4:14…and it reminds me of them scriptures every time I look out from my kitchen window I think about the Lord and His mercy that He showed to that women that very day..and at how when I myself am thirsty, that I can always get that refreshing and refilling that I am needing from the Lord…for it is there always for the taking for each of us..for the word tells us…Blessed are those that do hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled…Matthew 5:6…for none of us ever have to go running on empty..nor should we ever let ourselves get dried up and dried out…for we don’t have to…nor should we ever want to..so my prayer for us all is that we never let ourselves get to where we can’t make it or somehow lose our happiness and spunk for life…for life is a beautiful thing guys..and our lives should be lived..and when we go and find ourselves in the presence of our Lord then we as well find everything it is that were needing…for in the Lords presence we receive and draw from Him..and there’s nothing at all like being in God’s presence…so we should always pray…and we should always stay close to the Lord….let self fall away…let distractions fall away…let anger…let pride…let selfishness…let jealously…let fear…let unbelief…let all of them things fall far…far away….from each of us…for life isn’t meant to be carrying around a lot of baggage..and a lot of stuff…for stuff it gets accumulated really fast in all of our lives…but you see guys…when we go there to that well of life…that the Lord has to offer and give..then we let go of them things…and the Lord replaces them things..with things that are easy to bare and carry…for the word says come unto me all ye that weary and are heavy laden and it says for us to take Gods yoke upon us and for us to learn from Him..for He says my yoke it is easy…and my burden it is light…Matthew 11:30…so let us help ourselves by helping ourselves be better and do better…for guys when were better we can be better with others..and as well we can help others..but we can’t give away to anyone else what we ourselves don’t have….so daily we go and daily we drink…not once a week…not once a month…but daily…for each new morning the word of God says that His mercies are new..Lamentations 3:22-23…so we wake up and we start fresh and anew…forgetting yesterday…and striving to live for today..all the while reaching for our tomorrow’s….and we only do that, each of us by staying closely to the Lord..keeping ourselves revived, refreshed and renewed daily..so let us all live there and stay there..in the Almighty’s presence!…In Jesus name…I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
