“One of my very dear friends Paul sent me something last night, and I thought it was absolutely wonderful. Amen. Sometimes, we need to be reminded of who God isโand all that He alone can do and continues to do. Hallelujah.
It said this:
Sometimes God doesnโt take you out of the storm; He just steps in and endures it with you.
Yes, God always provides a way of escape for His children, but there will also be times when we must endure the storm. Remember what the Scriptures teach us:
Letโs look at Noah. He didnโt escape the storm, but he endured it. Yet he and his household were spared and saved. (Hebrews 11:7; 2 Peter 2:5) Amen.
Consider Daniel. He didnโt escape the lionsโ den, but he endured it. And God stepped inโHe shut the mouths of the lions, and Daniel was spared and sustained through the night. (Daniel 6:16โ23) Amen.
Now think of Ruth. She lost every man in her familyโher dear husband, her father-in-law, and her brother-in-law. Still, Ruth rose up and went with her mother-in-law, Naomi, to a foreign landโJudah. There, she was brave, and she found favor in the eyes of Boaz. She and Naomi didnโt avoid the storm, but they endured itโand they overcame. (Ruth Chapters 1โ4) Hallelujah.
But more than all of these, let us look to Jesus. He endured the crucifixionโthe most cruel and rugged death ever inflicted on anyone. He did not escape. He also prayed, and the Bible says His tears were like drops of blood falling to the ground. (Luke 22:44) He asked His Father, โIf it be Your will, let this cup pass from me. Nevertheless, not My will, but Yours be done.โ And He enduredโand overcame it all. Hallelujah! He conquered death, hell, and the grave, and He rose up three days laterโdefeating it all for you and for me. (1 Corinthians 15:3โ8) Amen.
So just know this: sometimes, in our lives, we must endure. But even as we are enduring, the Lord is with us. He is for us. And we will come through the storm. We will come out victoriousโshining even brighter, sharing the love of Christ with others. Because there is a purpose in every season of our lives. This life isnโt just for usโitโs a life meant to be lived giving glory to the Lord in all things. Amen.
For the race is not given to the swift or the strongโbut to those who endure and trust the Lord until the very end.
So let us run well the race set before usโlooking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. (Hebrews 12:2) Hallelujah!”
“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi โค๏ธ
