“I wonder how many times in our lives we get distracted by the distractions of people..other than looking into the face of God and continuing on the pathway that He alone has laid out before us we jump off course or jump the track so to speak..all because of men and what they feel or what they assume of you or of me..so instead of staying faithful and committed to where the Lord has guided us..we get in self and we get as I said distracted..I always think about the scripture in the word of God that says, “For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ..Galatians 1:10..because when we consider man other than considering the Lord and what He wants and what He desires then were not pleasing God but much rather are we pleasing them..or should I say getting distracted by them..because you see it really doesn’t matter whom does what or whom says what against us..because Christ has ordered our steps..Proverbs 20:24..Amen..and whether or not others are in agreement or not..that’s really not the case..the case is pleasing the Lord..and seeking His approval other than that of men..Amen..so no matter what your doing in your life..and no matter how it’s going..just know that the scripture says that we may make our plans but it’s Christ in whom orders our steps along the way..Proverbs 16:9..and as well it’s the Lord in whom places us and keeps us on that narrow and straight pathway of life..Matthew 7:13-14..so know that we do live in a fallen world..and that the evil one always tries to steal away from us what Christ desires for us..but you see guys don’t get discouraged because greater is He that is within you than he that is within this ole world in which we live..1 John 4:4..so live for the pleasing and the approval of God..and God alone..and keep on climbing that mountain and keep on keeping on..for you see I love the song that says this..”I’ve come to far to look back..my feet have walked through the valleys..I’ve climbed mountains crossed rivers..desert places I’ve known..but I’m nearing the home shore..the redeemed are rejoicing..heavens angels are singing..I’ve come too far to look back!”..Amen..so know that you are living for Christ..and know and keep in mind at all times by asking yourself that simple yet profound question..am I living to please man or God?..for you see when we’re living to please Christ Jesus our Lord..then we don’t let life or others in general get us moved by whatever they may bring..but we keep on keeping on..as I said regardless of any of it..because we’re living and breathing for the Lord our God..and Him and Him alone..so stay focused..and stay faithfully commited at all times..whether times are rough..or whether times are easy..knowing that your living for Christ and that your living to please Him with all that you do..and with all that you say..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
