So this morning I was trying to get the last bag of trash out of the house before the trash man ran..so I kinda kept doing everything else but that..and in the midst of doing those other things..well, the trash man ran..so there I stood in my kitchen thinking well now I have to wait till next week to get rid of it along with all the other trash..but as I stood there..I thought about life in general..and I thought about us and our lives..and at how we procrastinate when it comes to dealing with that so-called mess that comes in our lives..we put things off so much that really it’s kind of ridiculous, to say the least..or we keep bringing that mess right back in our lives..other than letting it go..we hold on to it..really in the subconscious of our minds..we never really let it go..wouldn’t it be nice if it were as easy as it is when we go to the trash can and throw that trash in there that when it’s gone it’s just gone..well, actually it could be if we were only willing to do as the word of God says for us to do..for you see God gives us His word for reproof and for much-needed correction..2 Timothy 3:16..but it’s for us to use it..and we use it by applying it to our lives..and the way we live them..so as far the messes that come our way..we all know that we should lay all of them at the Lord’s feet..and we should leave them there..for by talking and bringing them certain areas that we’ve laid down at our Father’s feet we are only picking them back up again..for we always seem to want more justification from them problems or certain things that happened unto us and our lives…we always seem to want to throw that thing or them things..whatever there were right back in our lives for some odd reason..I would ask of us all why do you suppose it is that we do this?..is it not enough that the Lord already knows?…and that the Lord already is working and fixing things for us?..because honestly if were trusting Jesus with our lives..then we trust that He does work all things together for our good..Romans 8:28..and we trust His still small voice when He speaks to us..for obedience unto God is what makes our lives them happy and healthy ones..Amen!..so today I ask of us all that we let go of the mess that has come to us..or that mess that came to us..and that we let go of the troubles and trials..and we let go of what he said or she said..and we just trust that God is in control..and that we are His..and that He causes even our enemies to be at peace with us..Proverbs 16:7..so we live unto the Lord..and we represent Him with our lives..in what we say..in how we act..to how we respond..so let us walk worthy of the call of Christ that has been placed on our lives..and let us let him who stole steal no more away from us and our lives..Ephesians 4:28..and today have a beautiful and blessed day..knowing that today will never come again..so be that friend..be that help..be that encourager..and keep your eyes open for that one that needs to have just a little bit more love..and maybe just a little bit more encouragement..for once again guys we all need each other in this thing we call life..and when we aren’t right within ourselves..and our own lives..we honestly can’t be right with others and theirs..so let us leave the mess out..and let us do as the word of God says..”Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things!”…Philippians 4:8..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
