So today as Erik and I were watching the news someone they were interviewing was asked a question by one of the news anchors..and she said tell me how do I get motivated enough to start bicycling..because evidently he is one great bicyclist..so she went on to say along the lines as if I know I can get started but I’m not sure whether or not I could stay committed and faithful to it..and so this gentleman looks at the lady and he says I have a coach and he holds me accountable..on whether or not I stay focused and committed..he helps me to keep going..and I thought man is this, not good stuff..Amen..because many in life start out on fire for God..they are ready and willing to conquer this whole world..they’re not intimated by adversity..they don’t let circumstances draw them away..but they are sold out for God..no matter what..they’re determined to keep on following hard after Him..long after the church service has ended..long after them feelings and emotions are gone..they are willing to fight that good fight of faith..1 Timothy 6:12..they’re willing to go where the Lord sends them..even if it’s in the desert..even if it’s not in a very good place..they’re willing to let go of who they are and they’re willing to keep on following as I said regardless of any of it..Amen..they don’t blame others for what they themselves are choosing to do in life..they’re not worried about really any of it..they remain anchored and secured..and honestly guys have you ever meet someone in whom was fighting many battles in life and yet they remained positive..they remained helpful and hopeful..even to the point of praying and giving unto others even when they themselves did not have it to give..you know why them types of people survive and keep going with Jesus?..its because they are committed to Him and they are held accountable to Him…the Lord is their coach..He is the one in whom keeps all of us anchored and secured..Hebrews 6:19..for He alone is the one in whom we do everything for..for we do what’s right even if..Amen..when Jesus is your reason for it all then you do what you can and daily do what’s right..you daily choose to rise and choose to live totally and fully secure in our Lord..for there will be no backsliding or turning away..there will be no wishy-washy type of attitude..there will be no straddling the fence line..there will be no choosing to walk away..for when you’re committed to something..your committed..for I love the song that says this..”He’s the only reason I live..but oh what a reason…He’s the only reason I live…but oh what reason…for there’s nothing in this world worth living for..It only leaves you empty and longing for more..for He’s the only reason I live..But oh what a reason..so wherever in the world you are tonight..my heart and my prayer is that you hold yourself accountable to the Lord in all that you do and in all that you are..regardless of anything that your doing in life..no matter what is happening or ever taking place..you do what God would so desire for you His child to be doing..for having someone to be held accountable to is very helpful indeed..but having the Lord is the most held accountability for any of us..for it’s all about Him guys..it’s all about being able to stand before our Maker knowing that we live and act right..we do what’s right..and we stay faithful and anchored in Him and Him alone..knowing that one day we will stand and meet our Lord face to face..and He will look unto us and say, well, done my good and faithful servant..you’ve been faithful over little I will make you ruler over much..enter thou into the joy of the Lord..Matthew 25:21..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
