“If you feed them!”

So yesterday while at work the power went off for over 2 hours I would say..and so of course we had to close the lanes down in the drive-thru and let everyone know that the power was off..so after about 10 to maybe 15 minutes the people finally stopped coming and we just cleaned and restocked everything..but as soon as that power came back on and we got prepared for service again..and flipped them lights on and opened them doors to unlock them..within a minute I would say the people were flocking our store there at Chick-Fil-A..and what was so fantastic about it was no one was going outside holding up signs telling them that we were open..and no one was standing there with flashing lights trying to get the people’s attention or even practically to beg them to come there and eat..we just were prepared and ready and the people came..but my point of saying this is that years ago I would feed my birds every morning..and I would go back in the house and stand there in the window and immediately the birds would come to eat..and at them moments the Lord would always say to me that if I would feed them they would come..and yesterday that came directly into my mind..as me and another worker was expediting the food into the dining room and out that drive-thru window..she looks to me and she says wow that sure didn’t take them long to start coming..and of course why would it?..because not to brag or anything but the employees that I work with are amazing to say the least..and they work so hard unto the Lord with everything it is that they do..they give it 100% always..and they do it right when they’re cooking and making the food..to the milkshakes..to the frosted coffees..literally to everything that they do..they do it right..and they make sure that it is done right..and so the people know this..they know that service is going to be excellent..they know that the food is going to be made right..they know that them salads are fresh..them fruit cups are cleaned, washed diced and prepared perfectly every time..so there is no need to try and prove themselves by going completely overboard..or even explaining who they are..because as they say the proof is in the pudding..so where I’m getting at with saying all of this..is that when you do what is required of you in your house..or in your job..in your church..in your ministry wherever that may be..and whatever that requires from you..then you don’t have to go to the extremes..or beg anyone to do anything..because they’ll know that it is good..Amen..so do your part unto the Lord..and work hard for Jesus..for you see guys whom the Lord calls He equips..Hebrews 13:21..and everything you have need of well the Lord has already provided it just for you and your life..so give it 100% in all that you do..give it your best..and do your best always..don’t half-hearted do anything..and never make anyone second guess you and who you are and what you represent in your field of work..for God is the blesser..Amen..and scripture says that every good and perfect gift is from above and it comes down from our Father in whom is in heaven..James 1:17..so know that if you feed them they’ll come..and they’ll come to you..regardless of what anyone else has going on around you…or even what someone else may be doing..if it’s a good thing..it will shine no matter what..I always think of Chip and Joanna Gaines..and I think about their life..and I think about how God has blessed them abundantly..all by them working hard for the Lord..and doing their best for the Lord..giving it all that they have..and so you see others don’t second guess them and who they are because they have proven themselves to be true blue..so wherever you are let that be your prayer and let that be your heart..whatever it is that your doing for Jesus..don’t ever give anyone a reason to doubt you and or the work it is that your doing..but just work hard and do your best and know that God our Father will always do the rest..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
