So today as I stood looking out from my kitchen window at my husband and son as they were working on our garden..I couldn’t help but to think about our lives..and at how the Lord tells us in His word about the principles of reaping and sowing for it speaks to us in the book of the Luke and says this..”A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bared fruit a hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be? And he said, Unto them it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.”…Luke 8:4-15..and I wonder about us guys and our lives..and I would ask the questions which one are we?..Amen..do we bring forth fruit in our lives with patience?..do we keep the word of God in our hearts when we hear it?..do we even have root enough to sustain us when those temptations and cares of this life come our way?..do we stand in the midst of it all on Jesus Christ our firm foundation?..for life is always a sowing and reaping process..for it tells us to sow good seeds..Matthew 13:37..Amen..for we will reap what we sow in life..Galatians 6:7..it is not about karma as some may say..but it is about the principle of reaping and sowing..sowing good seeds all the time in our lives..not just here and there kind of seeds..but daily sowing good seeds everywhere it is that we go..knowing that of the Lord we will receive the reward of the inheritance..Colossians 3:24..Amen..so as you go about your life..ask yourself them questions..ask yourself what am I sowing today?..and my prayer is that each of us are sowing good seeds into our lives..because what we put out there has a funny way of coming back home to us..so let us be good always..let us do good always..let us renew them minds of ours..and let us speak life into our lives…always watering them seeds with prayer and loads of love..Amen..so daily keep your seeds well taken care of..don’t let them weeds begin to grow up and choke out any of that goodness that God is trying to bring or get to you and your life..for our Lord died that we all would have and could have a life of abundance..John 10:10..so let us do our parts to make sure that happens..knowing that with every choice and every decision we make there is always a consequence for our actions..whether them actions be good or whether them actions be bad..but as well know that them things always lie in our hands..so don’t blame others and don’t blame God for your situations or circumstances…but rather I pray you would stop long enough to see you and your life and see what you are doing in your life..what kind of seeds are you sowing?..because it is always our part to do what’s right..remember guys God makes none do anything..it’s always free will and it always has been..so let us choose wisely..and let us all choose carefully everything it is that we do and daily do..for everything once again that we do matters and yes it matters greatly..so don’t ever forget that, not ever, not ever…In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray…Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
