There has been a few people in my life that really has gotten me motivated when it came to living and living my life to the fullest..you know cause we all make excuses and what not from time to time..and get a little lazy to say the least..but anyhow today at work..there comes through my checkout line and little lady in whom was 92 who had done gone grocery shopping for her families Christmas dinner that she was preparing..so here comes this tiny little lady with her buggy filled with groceries..and has her walking cane there in the front of it..so she commenced to begin telling me that her family wants her to make cakes for Christmas and they all want them..but no one was taking the time to come to her home to get her to take her to the store..so she said I got up and got myself ready and I have been out all day finishing my shopping and went to the dollar store..and now here to the grocery store..she says my son wanted me to sell my car a few months back..and I told him I wasn’t selling my car..not right now..and she said I couldn’t tell you the last time it was that I drove..so I begin laughing..and of course she as well laughed..and I say to her you be extra careful out there going home..and I reached over and gave her the biggest hug of course she gave me one right back..and I said, Merry Christmas to you..but my heart rejoiced with her..and the Lord motivated me through her..isn’t it wonderful how the Lord uses people to get you to get going in life..to get you up and motivated..to get you to not sit there in your home waiting for someone to do something..but just motivate you to be happy and get up and go..so today was one of them days for me..and I love days like I had today..so once again I will say that we never know whom were encouraging along the way..and the Lord uses all..there is no age limit when it comes to serving God..it’s just living your life as the Lord works through you..for we are the Lord’s vessels..Isaiah 52:11..it isn’t always a stage..or front and center..but sometimes it’s just like that little lady..getting up and coming to the store to motivate and encourage someone like me..she didn’t ever realize the effects that she had on me at that very moment..I said the Lord knows that closest things to my heart that gets to it pretty fast is babies and the elderly..I love them dearly..there is just something special about them..their love is so real and so genuine..so just know guys that we can do all things through Christ Jesus that gives us the strength..Philippians 4:13..just as He did that little 92 year old lady today..and that when we get up and get going the Lord steps in and takes over and helps us along the way..it is incredible at what all happens in our lives when were willing to take that first step to do whatever it is that were needing to do or even for that matter wanting to do..so I always think about them few people that have motivated me in life..and when I begin to get a little lazy..or I begin to make excuses I always think of them..and somehow I throw them excuses right out the window..Amen..so I pray you all do as well..knowing that God is with you..and knowing that when we decide to take that step that the Lord takes over and before we know it we’ve done taken a thousand with Him..for it’s amazing at what all happens when we trust God and we go in spite of all the excuses that may be there..and in spite of all the reasons as to why we can’t..for once again faith without works is dead..James 2:14-26..so always remember that when we do our part, God always does His..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
