So today as I was waiting to get my nails painted at the nail salon every single women in there was discussing and talking about all of these other women..they went on and on about who they were..what they said..how they looked..and so forth..and I thought to myself probably the women that their discussing is probably their friend to say the least..probably their co-workers..who knows could even be their family..but I thought how awful it really is..that when other women get with other women..they want to somehow discuss other women..they want to judge them..talk about them..and pretty much just literally put them down..and it’s really sad because women need other women in their lives..and we need women who supports us..especially when we consider them to be family and our friends..but anyways I sit there and I begin to pray and talk to the Lord..and I was asking Him, Father make me better as a woman..and as a person..Lord, if I don’t have anything nice to say about someone else, Father, help me to keep my words to myself..other than dispersing them out there to someone else..to spread gossip or rumors..or my feelings or what I think..because really it’s not about what I think about anyone else that matters..my job only is to love them..but I went on to ask of the Lord to give me good things to talk about..good and great things to discuss..for I love the quote that says this..”Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, and small minds discuss people..my prayer is that each of us have great minds..Amen..I pray that we uplift others..I pray we love them unconditionally..other than being fake and or as they say two-faced with who we are..that we are as real as they come..that we know with the words that we speak about another human being can either make them or break them..because words are oh so powerful..and death and life the bible says are in the power of our tongues and they that love it will eat it’s fruit..Proverbs 18:21..because whatever we do to others it does have a way of coming right back on us..and that is just a given…we may not know when or even how but we with what measure we judge it will be judged back on us..Matthew 7:2..so rather then talking and judging others how about we pray for them instead…let us always be the ones that others can trust..let us be so trustworthy..let us keep them secrets..don’t tell what someone else told ya about them and their lives..for when others tell you personal things their trusting you..for they have confidence in you and believe in you..but do good with people..love them..and always speak kindly about them..support and cherish them..for we never know whom were helping in life..and we never know just whom the Lord sends in our lives to test us..to see just what it is that we will do or what we will say..for great leaders always thinks of a solution to a problem that others may be having..other than speaking of the problem and or the person..they find ways to help them solve their problems that they may be going through..so today let us all rise and be great leaders..let us walk worthy of the call of Christ that He alone has placed on our lives..let us live with great minds to discuss great things..and talk about important things in life..other than speaking and talking and spreading a whole lot of gossip about others..for guys we don’t make ourselves look any better when we sit around and put others down..it only makes us look so very childish..and not at all grown up for the Lord..we can do better..and each of us should always be striving to do better..always better than the person in whom we were yesterday..so if we feel that we need to speak and talk…let us talk about ourselves and all of our short comings..for we all are a work in progress..and we all have things going on in our lives that isn’t always all that pretty as some paint that picture to be..so once again let us please that audience of one..in whom is the Lord our God..and let us please Him with them things it is that were saying..and them things it is that were choosing to speak out from our mouths..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
