What if we sit down this evening and took a little inventory over what all we spoke today..I wonder how many of us could actually say that we spoke life…that we spoke what God says..that we encouraged others..that we lifted them up..that we were positive and not at all negative..because as a child of God that is honestly one of our greatest missions in life..and that is renewing our minds..and speaking life over our lives and over the lives of them ones in whom are around us..for you see the word of God says that death and life are in the power of our tongues and it goes on to say they that love it will eat the fruit thereof..Proverbs 18:21..for we can’t speak life and declare life and then turn around and speak fear, doubt and unbelief..for nothing will ever get accomplished with us doing such things..so if you were a little negative today..maybe tomorrow you can try a little harder to keep a watch over what you say and what you speak..for our words are ever so powerful..they can build up or they can tear down..but the choice is always ours..Amen..for as well the word says in the book of James this unto us all..”Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind: But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter? Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh. Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.”..James 3:5-13…so what we say and we speak guys speaks volumes of who we are and what we stand for and believe..as being a child of God no one should ever have to second guess us as to where we stand and what we stand for..because we are to once again represent Christ in everything we do, and everywhere go and in every single thing it is that we say..so let us work on us..and let us work on being better for the bible says to be ye perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect..Matthew 5:48..so we are to renew them minds..Romans 12:2..and ask of the Lord to create in us clean and pure hearts and to renew within us a right spirit..Psalm 51:10..for it’s all about the Lord..and sharing His goodness..His kindness and His mercy to all..so let us think about what it is that were saying before we just begin to speak..for if it isn’t needful or helpful or as the word says of a good report then let us just not say anything at all..Amen..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
