I know that we all like to drink our sweet tea and of course them soda pops..but for some they like their hot tea or coffee..and them things are really good every single one of them..but them things over time doesn’t really satisfy us when we get really thirsty..the only thing that can is some nice cold water..there just really isn’t anything like the refreshing that comes from drinking water..it just seems to satisfy..but as well people always are looking for something to satisfy them..they search and search in many different ways for satisfaction in their lives..to only end up not being contented and or satisfied..because things in general are only temporary..we can buy something and be really excited about it..and only to find a few hours later or even the next day we don’t seem to even think about what we bought and the satisfaction that came for but a moment is gone..pretty much it’s like that with everything in life..other than when we come to the Lord..for only the Lord can completely satisfy us..only the Lord knows us..and knows exactly what we need and what it takes to mend, heal and fix us..for Jesus the word of God says is that living water..John 7:37-39..for He tells the women by the well to come and drink for He says that He would give her living water..and that if she drank she would never thirst again..John 4:10-14..isn’t that wonderful to know..for we all need to be contented in our lives..and we all need satisfaction in our lives..and we find that today in the Lord..for isn’t it something at how you can take a poor person so to speak..and they can be the most richest one when it comes to them things that money cannot buy..they can be so rich in their lives in being content..being thankful..being a friend..being that person in whom is just happy with their life..no matter what is happening..they find joy in it all..and as I got older I realized that people such as that love the Lord..and they love Him and serve Him wholeheartedly..they don’t live for their job..they don’t live their lives for their bank accounts..they don’t live their lives in search of any other thing to help them or encourage them..for you see they know all to well where their help comes from..so they keep their eyes on Jesus..they keep their eyes on them hills as the word of God says from whence comes their help..Psalm 121:1-2..and they know, that they know, that their living for the Lord..so they get up and they follow the Lord..they don’t search other places for their satisfaction..for they know all to well that the Lord alone is all they need..just as you and I should know and always remember that the Lord our God is always enough..He alone is all we need..Amen..I love the song that says this..He’s all I need..He’s all I need..Jesus is all I need..and as well He is all you need..so let us be content with the Lord..and if were thirsty let us all go to that well that never runs dry..and drink from that living water..for when we drink of it we will never thirst again..and Jesus is that living water..He is that well that never runs dry..He is everything and so much more for me and for you..so let us look to the Lord for what we have need of..let us quit looking everywhere else..for them other things only satisfy temporally..but Jesus He alone is the one in whom quenches and satisfies it all…Praise the Lord..so let us be satisfied in our lives..let us be happy with what we have..and let us not ever look elsewhere for contentment..satisfaction..or fulfillment..for them things are only from the Lord..and my prayer is that we never forget or ever fail to remember that..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
