So today I was talking with one of my friends at work and they’re telling me all about their parents and at how they pretty much from hour to hour could tell me exactly what they’re doing..they do the same thing daily..sit in the same places..cook the same meals..go to the same stores..and pretty much as I said do the same thing day in and day out..they call that being a creature of habit..and I begin to think well aren’t we all creatures of habit..we do get up and pretty much we do the same things..we don’t like change that well at all..but what’s so funny to me is all the while we pray for change in our lives..we ask of the Lord to use us and use us mightily for Him and His kingdom..but when that opportunity seems to present itself to us..we justify it and think well I won’t be able to do that..because I will be doing this..or that..whatever that may be for you..so we say no ever so nicely and once again back to the drawing board so to speak..praying and seeking the Lord for change..and once again something presents itself and what happens?..most of the time you go over and over all of the reasons why you can’t..because as I said we are a people in whom does not like change..but guys I have news for us all until were willing to step up out of our comfort zones we will live the same ole life over and over..day in and day out..because the Lord makes none of us do anything…we all have freewill..2 Timothy 2:26..but as well if we want to go deeper and further along in our walk with Christ we have to be willing to say yes and get out of them comfort zones that we’ve created for ourselves..because they say that’s when life truly begins..when you go and do them things that aren’t all that familiar to ya..that’s when life begins to happen for us..so today I pray we know that faith without works is dead..James 2:14-26.and this life isn’t ours it’s the Lord’s and we are to be His hands and feet..so when the Lord says go I pray we get up and go no excuses guys..but we just say hear I am dear Lord if you can use anything you can use me..for life will be the best when we let go of our ways and we grab ahold of the Lord’s…Amen..for I don’t know about you..but as for me I do want to get at the end of my life and be able to stand before the Lord and have everything that He blessed me with used all up for Him..so let us let go of fear..and let us let go being afraid of change..and let us just go forward trusting in Jesus..for He is never gonna lead us somewhere that will be harmful or bad for us..for great things once again happen guys when we step up out from them boxes that we’ve made and built all by ourselves in our lives..for someone out there in this ole world needs what you have..so make yourself available to give to others what God has given to you..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
