So the biggest thing that I have been talking about with some of the younger workers that I work with, is that everything that any of us do as individuals we are to do for the Lord..for the scripture says that whatsoever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;..Colossians 3:23…so even if no one else is watching you or not..your doing your work for Jesus..for we work for God..the bible says that from the Lord you will receive your increase..Psalm 115:14..and that whatever we do in secret the word of God says that the Lord will reward us openly..Matthew 6:4..so we should always work with pride..we should always work to the best of our abilities..we should always give it 110%…we should always go above and beyond..never to slack off..and always helping each other do their work as well..for it’s teamwork..we all can do better with each other and for one another when we help one another..we grow friendships..and we shine Jesus in doing so..so to all of you guys, as well, myself included, I pray we always give it our best..that we always give our day to the Lord..and that we always do whatever is needed..if we see something that needs done then we don’t wait to be asked, we just do it..for our willingness and our obedience never goes unnoticed by our Father..so let us wear our smiles..let us be kind, caring..and always showing and giving a listening ear and a helping hand..for once again guys everyone we ever will ever meet in all of our lives are fighting some kind of battle..so be the best you that you can be for the Lord and speak and treat others the way you yourself would want others to speak and treat you..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
