So pretty much we all know that no matter where we go in life we will see everyone practically looking down and never looking up…all the while their missing so much that is happening and taking place around them…and we may ask the question well what are they looking down for?…well, their looking down at some kind of electronic device…whether they are just walking down the street..or sitting down to eat in a nice restaurant with their families and friends..their still looking down..and even for some you can see them while their driving down the roadway…it even doesn’t matter if their on the interstate driving 70 miles per hour…their eyes are looking down..but what’s sad about this is the fact of what their missing..their missing the conversation…their missing their surroundings…their missing out on being in the moment..and their not giving their attention to the ones in whom their with…so I thought about people and their lives and how some always are looking down in their lives..considering how quickly they forget just how blessed it is that they really are…and just how quickly they seem to forget to acknowledge the Lord and His presence their lives..that they just look down and have a very sorrowful and pitiful attitude about life but mostly about their own lives..and I thought about the Lord and how He must feel when some seem to live this way and do this..as I said constantly and continually looking down in their life..how they go from one day being so happy and so content..to the next day being not at all happy and not at all content..so back to those electronic devices with them our attention is focused on what is happening on them…so we look down..but with life..it is when we take our eyes off from our blessings and we consider and look at someone else’s and begin to compare our lives to the life their living..and in which case makes us not at all satisfied and not at all content..so we look down because were desiring something we don’t have ourselves..so here’s the thought about all of this..for one unplug them electronics and don’t allow them to be at your dinner table..or even out of your pocket when your with them loved ones of yours..but look up and notice whom your with and get involved in the moment that your in with them..for whatever is on them electronics they can wait..but the moment that were in never do we ever get that back so enjoy your moment…and as far as looking down when it comes to your life..not being happy with the life the Lord has given to you…for starters..don’t compare your life to the life of someone else’s…but as well know that the word says that the Lord is no respecter of persons..if He has blessed one He as well will bless you..Acts 10:34..but as well know that the word says that to whom much is given..much is required..Luke 12:48..for some they never consider what all others go through and have to go through to have the life that they may have..so look up today..for we all are the same..our lives isn’t about things anyhow..our lives are about families..and friends..our lives are all about the many things that money cannot buy..so today when you look around you..count them things that money can’t buy…for we all are just people..for some may have a little more..and some may have a little less…but either way..being happy while working for what you want in life is so much more satisfying  and pleasing other than grudgingly looking at others and what they have..for you see I love the quote that says I am to busy working on my life and my garden so to speak to be so concerned about what yours is looking like..for our gardens and our lives are a constant work…so look up in your life..be thankful for what the Lord has given to you..and be happy no matter what..for life is about happiness..and we all just want to be happy..so don’t look down when it comes to your life..but look up and look up always into the face of Jesus..giving Him all the glory, praise and honor that He alone deserves…thanking Him for all that He has done and for all that He is going to do..so unplug them electronics for a moment..and unplug that woe is me attitude about your life..and live your life content..live your life happy..and live your life always looking up…for life is so much more better when we live it looking up rather than looking down..so keep on looking upward…for that alone is the secret to all of our lives..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
