“Following the Lord!”

I think for a whole lot of us routine comes very easy..we get stuck in a daily so called routine of life..and we like it to say the least…we like knowing what were doing…when were doing it and so forth..but could you honestly imagine being Peter and Andrew..and being out there doing your job and minding your own business..and all of sudden here comes Jesus..and He looks to them and tells them to follow Him..and the bible says that He says to them I am going to make you fishers of men..and so they immediately the word says left their boats and they followed the Lord..Matthew 4:18-19..Wow!..how many of us could honestly say that we could do that…everything that we’ve known all of our lives..and everything that is comfortable to us…we would just leave it all if the Lord said to come and follow Him..would we just up and go?..that is the question that I feel needs to be asked this morning…could we and would we be willing to not question but just go..Amen..and just know that either way as long as God is there…we will follow…for without change it stays the same..so feet have to be put to the drawing board…we have to be willing to stretch ourselves out of our so called wonderful and so convenient comfort zones…we have to be willing to step up out of our boats and follow the Lord..for when it’s easy for us..we don’t grow..because we already know what were doing..but I tell ya guys when we follow the Lord it is scary at times..cause you don’t know where or even how the Lord is going to do things in your life..but you trust and your listen and you obey..for obedience is better than sacrifice..for the Lord is needing them ones in whom says here I am dear Lord if you can use anything you can use me…Amen..He is needing them ones in whom isn’t afraid to go where He leads…who isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty…and their lives a little shook up from time to time..for this life isn’t ours anyways..it belongs to Jesus..and maybe the Lord won’t ask of us to leave it all and follow Him the way He did James and Andrew that day…but maybe He will ask of us to daily listen and do certain things that He alone is needing for us to do..for even then some make excuses as to being to tried..not having enough money..not feeling good..on and on we make excuses for just the daily things that God is needing and wanting for us to do…but my prayer is that we don’t make excuses when the Lord ask of us..but that we will just follow..Amen..because daily there is a work that is needing to be done..and when we follow the Lord and His leading then that work gets done..for someone out there needs what you have and they need what I have…so the thing is this when the Lord speaks to us throughout our day..I pray we are willing and obedient to go and do whatever in the world it is…even if it is way out of our comfort zones…will just listen to the Lords voice..for there is always a reason for every place that He alone is leading us to go…and when we follow Jesus great and mighty things begin to happen and take place not only in our lives but in the lives of others..and that’s what it’s all about guys…so let us be willing to go wherever and whenever the Lord is leading..for in Isaiah it says that if we are willing and obedient that we would eat the fruit of the land…Isaiah 1:19..and what a wonderful fruit it is..when we are living in the will of the Lord…being obedient…walking daily…listening to Him and His sweet gentle voice speaking to us..there is nothing at all more better then that guys..following Jesus..so let us all follow our Lord..In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
