This new year I’ve been determined in my mind to not cry as much as I did last year…yes, crying is good for us even the bible says so…for it says they that sow in tears shall reap in joy..Psalm 126:5..but as well the bible also tells us that there are seasons for crying, and laughing and dancing and so forth…that to everything there is a time and a purpose under the heavens..Ecclesiastes 3:1-8…so as far as this new year..I am determined to always be looking for the SON in my life…for when I look for the SON…then I do believe that as well my joy will be full in doing so..for the Lord our God never intended for us to be in a constant state of mourning..and constantly in a state of crying and being upset with our lives and the life that we’ve been given to live…so I feel that if we are looking towards Jesus…the SON of God…then guys we will be in a world of contentment…for in Gods presence the word of the Lord says there is fullness of joy..Psalm 16:11…Praise His name…for when we constantly are upset and discouraged and always in a state of something being wrong…then as well we are in a state of always somehow seeing the negatives in our lives other than us seeing the positives for we all know all to well that the word of God says that as a man thinks so is he..Proverbs 23:7..so we are to guard our thinking and we are to guard it all times…and we are to continually stay and keep our minds and our hearts on the Lord…and as well in everything we are to be content..Philippians 4:12..and we are to always be thankful..1 Thessalonians 5:18…for a life of thankfulness always leads to a life filled with happiness and so much joy and so much peace…for when we think about good things then our lives follow behind our thinking…so this year as far as I go and as far as my life goes…I am choosing to be thankful….and to be happy no matter what or where the road of God leads or takes me…because this life has been given to us all and our journeys that were on have been given to us by the Almighty God in whom knows exactly what He is doing…so as the little quote says if we stay looking towards the SON then the shadows fall way behind us…so let us all choose to live our lives happy…and live our lives content…and live our lives…full with joy of the Lord…for Gods joy it is our strength…Nehemiah 8:10…and let us all be happy Christians…let us all be thankful Christians…and let us all be staying…living and walking in the SON…always seeing the good in everything…let us be optimistic about our lives and the way we choose to view and look at our lives..other than living them being pessimistic…always seeing the bad…the wrong..the negatives…living them feeling sorry so to speak for ourselves…because let me tell guys…if we want to live this feel sorry for me kind of life…then we will live it..but we won’t live the abundant life that Jesus Christ died that we should and could be living..John 10:10..for we serve a great God and He is great all the time…so let us look around and see all that the good Lord has done for us…for scripture says this to each of us…Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus…for it goes on to say this..Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, “THINK” on these things…Philippians 4:4-8…and that guys is the key word think…so think about the goodness of the Lord..and all that He has done for you…for when I think about Jesus and what He’s done for me…when I think about Jesus and how He set me free…I could dance…dance…dance all night..Praise His name…for there’s nobody that can do any of us like the Lord can and like the Lord does…so don’t forget the blessings of the Lord…and I pray none of us ever take them for granted…for we are blessed and we all are highly FAVORED of God…so let us rise and let us remember who’s we are and who’s it is that we belong to..and Jesus is His name…what a God He is…we should be the most happiest people…for were God’s children…and if the Lord never done another thing…I think salvation is enough…enough to keep us all shouting and praising Him…for the sacrifice that He made just for you and just for me…that whosever will call upon His name…shall be saved..Romans 3:10/Acts 2:21…for the Lord spared our lives from an eternal damnation…saved us from living a life of sorrow and a life filled with pains and woes…for we think we live a bad life…take a look around ya guys..and look at them ones that have not yet received Christ as Savior…for that should be our focus…we shouldn’t be so focused always about ourselves…but we should be always focused on the lives of them ones in whom need Jesus…we should be spreading and sharing the gospel with all…for life is short..and time is at hand..for the bible says that today is the day of salvation..2 Corinthians 6:2..for tomorrow may just not be promised…so let us think about them souls out there…let us stay walking and living our lives in the light of Lord..keeping our minds pure and our hearts clean…not living a life of sorrow continually..living a life on an emotional roller coaster…living a life filled constantly with tears…for we have a work that needs to be done…so let us do that work and do it well for our Lord Jesus…never forget we are His hands and we are His feet…so we should be walking worthy of the call of God that’s been placed on our lives..for once again guys it’s not about us…but it’s all about Jesus..it’s all about getting others to the Lord…so let that be our focus I pray…In Jesus’ name,..Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
