“Benefits of kindness!”

“The one thing that truly speaks volumes to me in my life both when I see it and when I experience it myself is kindness and the benefits of it. Amen.

The Bible has much to say about kindness and about how we are to treat one another. It tells us that we are to be kind and compassionate to each other, forgiving one another just as Jesus has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32). It also says that those who are kind benefit themselves, but the cruel bring trouble upon themselves (Proverbs 11:17).

We are reminded that as God’s children, we are to clothe ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience (Colossians 3:12). Because love is patient and love is kind (1 Corinthians 13:4). Amen.

For the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23). And of course, we all know the great golden rule that we are to do unto others as we would have them do unto us (Luke 6:31). Amen.

Because there are so many benefits when we choose to be kind and when we choose to perform a random act of kindness. For it gives another person a sign of hope in their life. Studies show that kindness can trigger neurochemical reactions in our brains which are chemical messengers that regulate our moods, our memories, our sleep, and our stress responses which in turn helps to calm our brain. Amen.

And as well kindness can positively impact mental health, helping with struggles with depression, anxiety, addiction, and even bipolar disorder. Amen. It also improves our nervous system and boosts our immune system. Praise the Lord. Kindness releases oxytocin, which is known as the “love hormone.” Amen.

And I can see how kindness directly impacts loneliness, improves low moods, and enhances our relationships in life. Kindness is simply put contagious it leads to positive emotions and prompts others to act more kindly and generously, paying it forward. It leads to so many beautiful gifts and blessings in life. Amen.

For me, kindness is at the very top of the list in life. It speaks volumes beyond anything anyone could ever say or do. When we are simply kind, caring, and compassionate children of God. Amen. For the Word says, “By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another” (John 13:35). Amen.

So my heart and my prayer for us all this morning is that we are showing kindness and being kind human beings. that we are truly being as our Father King Jesus..being His hands and His feet extended out to this world in which we live. for kindness is truly an amazing thing in life..so let us use our kindness the greatest gift of love that helps everyone along the way in yet once again this beautiful thing that we all do call life. Amen!”

“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
