“Yesterday at work, a man came into the aisle where I was stocking the shelves. and I said, “How are you?”
He replied, “Well, I’m okay… doing alright, I guess.”
Then he looked at me and said, “You know, ma’am, sometimes we are our own worst enemy.”
And I said, “Yes, you are ever so right. Because we hold on to the yesterdays of life, we rush and fret about tomorrow, and we never truly live in the moment we’re in right now. Amen. The goodness that we are in right now in our lives. Amen.”
And I began to think if only, right? If only we understood just how God sees us. Amen. How God, our Father, views us and speaks songs of praise, and deliverance over each and every one of us. Amen.
If only we would call ourselves by the names that God calls us.
For the Bible says:
- We are children of God (John 1:12; 1 John 3:1).
- We are His beloved (Colossians 3:12).
- We are His friends (John 15:15).
- We are chosen (Ephesians 1:4).
- We are heirs and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17).
- We are the Bride of Christ (2 Corinthians 11:2).
- We are the sheep of His pasture (Psalm 100:3).
- We are redeemed (Galatians 3:13).
- We are righteous and justified (2 Corinthians 5:21; Romans 5:9).
- We are forgiven and cleansed (Ephesians 1:7).
- We are adopted (Ephesians 1:5).
- We are sanctified and holy (1 Corinthians 6:11).
- We are free (Romans 8:1).
- We are known (Jeremiah 1:5).
- We are ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20).
- We are salt and light we are the light of the world (Matthew 5:13–14).
- We are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19).
- We are witnesses (Acts 1:8).
- And we are God’s masterpieces (Ephesians 2:10). Hallelujah.
So my prayer is this: that we all know we are enough, that we are secure, and that we are LOVED.
I pray that we release every hurt, every burden, every negative mindset that has ever been spoken over us. I pray that we accept and receive the goodness of God. That we hold on to nothing the enemy has spoken over us. Amen.
That we truly know Christ Jesus.
That we know we are His.
And that He speaks well of us.
Because if only we truly grasped what God says to us and about us, our whole lives and the world in which we live would change, and change drastically. Hallelujah.
So I speak wholeness, wellness, and completeness over each of us right now. I declare that every fear, every word not from our Father, must go and flee right now in the name of Jesus. Amen and Amen! and that we see ourselves through the lenses of God’s eyes. and we will not except nothing less than that for us and our lives. Hallelujah!
“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
