“This morning I heard a new song I had never heard before called “Home… Amen.” The lyrics were amazing, to say the least. They said:

“When you call on Me, I’ll be ready to come home… come home.
When I hear Your voice, I’ll know the way to come home… come home… Amen.”

And as I listened, I began thinking of many Scriptures, but one thought kept repeating in my heart: Will the Lord find us faithful? Amen. Will we be ready to meet our Maker, the Creator of heaven and earth? Hallelujah.

Scripture says, “Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:8). Amen. This is a call to action for us to remain steadfast, watchful, and above all, faithful and pure in our daily lives and in our walk with Christ.

It also reminds me of the parable of the ten virgins waiting for the bridegroom. The Bible tells us that five were wise and took extra oil for their lamps, while five were foolish and brought none. The Word says the bridegroom was delayed and they all slept, but the wise were prepared and the foolish were not. And when He arrived at midnight, those who were ready went in with Him to the marriage, and the door was shut.

It says later, the five who were unwise came knocking, saying, “Lord, Lord, open to us.” But he answered and said, “Truly I say unto you, I do not know you.” Therefore, “Watch, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.” (Matthew 25:1–13). Amen.

And we remain ready by walking daily hand in hand with our Father praying, leaning on Him, trusting in Him and Him alone. Being faithful, being wise, and always living prepared. Hallelujah. Ready to meet our Father the King of Glory, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords King Jesus. Amen. 🙌👑
