“So I saw a post the other day that said: “Be the reason people still believe in beautiful souls, kind hearts, and good energy.” Amen.
It said, “Never stop being a good person.”
And today at work, I saw this first hand, one of my coworkers had some of her customers come in and bring her some delicious little treats and a cute pen. Amen. As they were leaving, she stood up from her desk and gave the wife a sweet and precious hug. Amen. I thought how beautiful that was, that what are actually strangers can be so kind and so considerate. Amen.
And after work, I stopped by the grocery store to pick up extra things, just in case we get more snow and ice tonight or tomorrow. so as I finished loading my groceries, I was taking my buggy back. And a lady nearby was finished with hers, and I said, “I’ll take that for you,” and grabbed her buggy as well. Then a younger guy saw me with the buggies and said, “I can take those for you.” Amen.
And once again, I thought how beautiful and glorious it is to see and be a part of random acts of kindness. Amen.
So of course, this led me to think about the Word of God and what it tells us about kindness and being the hands and feet of the Lord. How we are called to serve others, show compassion, and spread God’s love to finish the Lord’s mission here on earth by meeting people’s needs, both physically and spiritually, simply by being God’s instrument in this world. Amen.
(Matthew 25:34–40)
The Bible also tells us that we will know others by the fruit they bear — for every good tree brings forth good fruit.
(Matthew 7:16–17) Amen.
And in Ephesians, we are told to be kind and compassionate to one another.
(Ephesians 4:32)
And in Galatians one of the fruits of the Spirit is kindness.
(Galatians 5:22–23) Amen.
But the Bible also reminds us that when we are kind, we benefit ourselves as well.
(Proverbs 11:17)
We truly reap what we sow in this life. Amen.
Because we are God’s chosen people, we are to clothe ourselves in kindness and compassion.
(Colossians 3:12)
And we are to love our brothers and sisters in Christ with a humble mind and a tender heart.
(1 Peter 3:8–9). Praise the Lord!
For when we take our minds off ourselves and place them on others, it fills us with so much love, joy, and peace. Amen. It keeps us humble and grateful. It keeps our cups overflowing. Amen.
There is just something special about knowing we are choosing to do a good deed a random act of kindness for someone we may not even know. As I said at the beginning, be the reason people still believe in beautiful souls, kind hearts, and good energy. Amen.
And I pray that none of us ever stop being a good person in this life that God our Father has blessed and given to each of us. Praise the Lord. Let us always remember that the kindness we share does not have to be big to accomplish great and mighty things for someone else in their lives and their world in which they live. Amen.
So let us always choose kindness, remembering that everyone we meet is going through something. Amen. So let us be kinder than necessary, following the leading and the guidance of the Holy Spirit as He speaks to each of us throughout the day leading us to do them random acts of kindness. Amen!
For again little is much when God is in it. Just as Peter and John said, “Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give to thee.”
(Acts 3:6) Amen.
Kindness, just like our words, they are free but its impact is incredibly amazing. So let us go forth in the mighty name of Jesus, sharing random acts of kindness wherever we go, keeping our eyes and hearts open and ready to respond when love and kindness are there to be given. Amen!”
For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
