“I know that many are going through tough times right now. For some, money is tight, jobs have been lost, and the cost of everything has become overwhelming. Amen.
But I’ve come this morning to remind us all that we are children of the Lord! and our Father owns it all. Amen! When we have the Lord on our side, we truly have everything we need. We may be uncertain about what tomorrow may bring, but no matter what, we trust the Lord our God with our lives for everything. Amen.
We are called to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), trusting the Lord and doing the best we can with what He has given us. Amen. God is our provider Jehovah Jireh (Genesis 22:14).
If we look only at our circumstances and what we lack, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. But when we rise each day and put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:11–24), and when we go forth in the name that is above every name the name of Jesus (Philippians 2:9–11) we can cast all our cares upon Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).
The Lord says, “Call unto Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3). He also says, “Come unto Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest… For My yoke is easy and My burden is light” (Matthew 11:28–30). Amen.
The Bible reminds us that if we, being imperfect, know how to give good gifts to our children, how much more will our Heavenly Father give to us (Matthew 7:11; Luke 11:13)? Amen!
For He is Lord, and He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). The Word says that everything in the heavens, on the earth, and beneath the earth belongs to Him (Deuteronomy 10:14–17). Amen. “No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly” (Psalm 84:11). Every good and perfect gift comes from our Father in heaven, in whom there is no shadow of turning (James 1:17).
God is no respecter of persons (Romans 2:11). What He has done for others, He will do for you. Amen. So do not lose sight of who you serve, for He is our everything. Pray and seek God’s face. Cast your cares on Him He is listening, and He will answer. He does not forsake us; He never has, and He never will.
For our God is wonderful, all-knowing, and all-powerful (Psalm 139). What a Savior we serve! He is alive and well, seated in the heavens, making intercession for us daily (Hebrews 10:11–14). Amen.
So, let go and let God have His way. Step aside and allow Him to move. Stay positive and faith-filled. Do not lose sight of who the Lord is by giving in to fear, doubt, or negativity. Remember God is the keeper of all things, and He can do anything, anywhere, at any time, according to His will. Amen.
So have the best day ever! Encourage yourself in the Lord. Be thankful for what you have, and begin counting all of your blessings rather than your losses. Praise the Lord!”
