“Christ lives in me!”

For me, I am always truly unsettled in my mind, heart, and body when I am not doing what I need to do or being where I need to be in my life. When I fail and fall as we all do from time to time, for none of us are perfect human beings I remind myself that we should still strive with everything in us to be that perfect, upright man or woman of God. Amen.

When I truly think about the Lord Jesus, and remember that He tells us in 1 Corinthians 3:16 that we are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells within us—Amen!—it amazes me. It is something incredible to think about, that the Lord Jesus chose us to dwell within. That truth should change everything about the way we live.

Yet sometimes, we are disobedient or justify our actions because of our own selfish ambitions and desires. We all know that here on this earth, we will never be completely perfect, because we are still living in these fleshly bodies of ours. But when I think about how the Lord chooses us to do His work and how He uses each of us differently to fulfill His purpose here on earth, I realize that obedience is where it truly happens.

We must not overlook the signs and the nudging of the Holy Spirit who lives in us. We should honor Him in our bodies in everything we do, in what we see and watch, in what we hear, in what we eat and drink. Amen. When we honor the Lord in our daily living and breathing, and when we truly consider the cost of laying down our lives to follow Him, that is when transformation takes place.

Loving the Lord and serving the Lord are two different things indeed. We can love the Lord and still be out of His will for our lives because of our own choices and decisions. Amen. But we are called to be so full of the Lord—so anointed and overflowing with His praise that it freely flows from within us. Hallelujah! It is a free gift, and we are to walk in that anointing so that others can see that our lives are a true example of the Lord living in us.

Only we can make that choice for ourselves by living in a way that honors and respects Christ Jesus in us and through us. Amen. As it says in Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.” Amen.

My heart’s desire is that we stop placing blame on anyone else for the way our lives are going, and instead recognize that it all comes from the choices we make. Amen. I pray that we truly desire change that we understand it only happens when we are genuine and faithful to the Lord, serving Him wholeheartedly. Not partway, not lukewarm, not justifying our sins, but all the way in.

May we hear Him immediately and respond without hesitation: “Here I am, Lord. Use me.” Amen. Let us be so filled with Christ that there is no room left for sin, self, or flesh. For when we walk in the Spirit, the Bible says we will not fulfill the desires of the flesh. (Galatians 5:16) Amen.

I pray that we all rise up to the true calling that we understand we can never escape ourselves, nor can we escape Christ, for He is always with us. He knows it all. We cannot hide from Him or lie to Him as we might to others, because He sees everything. So let us be obedient to the Father, loving Him enough to serve Him fully and faithfully. Amen.

Let us not be halfway in, but fully plunged—deep in His presence—for that is where God needs us to be. Amen. Let us remember that as we live our lives, Christ is living through us.

I know it is not easy to truly follow the Lord, for He never promised that the cross would not grow heavy or that the hill would be easy to climb. As the song says, “He never offered our victories without fighting, but He promised that help would always come in time.”

So let us help ourselves by stepping away from sin and embracing truth, love, honor, and respect for King Jesus, our Father, who lives and resides in us. Let us give Him a beautiful, glorious place to dwell—without spot or wrinkle, as He says: “That He might present to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle, but holy and without blemish.” (Ephesians 5:27) Hallelujah!

I pray that the scales would fall from our eyes, that our ears would be open, and that our hearts would overflow with the goodness of the Lord. May we be where we need to be in our lives—not halfway, but all the way in—truly making a difference in the lives of those around us. Amen!”

“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
