“Remaining peaceful!”

For the most part, what I’ve learned so far in life is this:
The only person you can truly control—and the only person you should try to control—is yourself. Amen.
You see, we can’t control what others do or say. We can’t control what’s happening around us. We can’t always control how life goes. Amen.
We can’t make others live or act a certain way. But we can, and we should, always strive to keep ourselves together. Amen.

We should always be in control of the person we are. We should never allow situations or circumstances to dictate or control our identity—changing us into someone we are not. Because if we allow what’s happening around us to affect us too deeply, we’ll constantly be up and down in life. Amen.

We will be so full of emotions that it would honestly be overwhelming. But through it all, we must remain steady. We are to pray and give it all to the Lord. People can be the worst when it comes to trying to get at you—with their gestures, with their constant opinions. Amen.

But we are not to live like that.
The Scripture says we should not be lukewarm—neither hot nor cold (Revelation 3:16).
Instead, we are to be steadfast, unmovable, and always abounding in the work of the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58). Amen.

We are to be joyful at all times, for the joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
We should keep our focus on Christ Jesus—not on people and their ways. Praise the Lord.
When we take our eyes off of what’s truly important, that’s when we begin to get distracted—by distractions. Amen.

Let us maintain who the Lord has called us to be.
Don’t get caught up in others’ drama, gossip, or lies. Amen.

Because you know—a lie is one of the worst things. One lie always leads to another, and they can stack up quickly.

So this morning, my heart and my prayer for all of us is this:
Let’s work on ourselves—not on our neighbor, not on our friends, not on our family—but on us. Amen.

Let us each work on who we need to be for the Lord.
Because I’ll say this again: working on who we are is an all-day project.
Let’s strive to be better today than we were yesterday. Let’s live to please Jesus—walking and living for Him, staying focused on Him, and keeping our eyes always on Him.

Because this life—it’s not about us. It’s all about the Lord.

So let us please Him with what we say behind closed doors, with the thoughts in our minds, and with the words we speak to ourselves.
Let us ask the Lord to help us grow personally—to be better. Amen.
Let us ask Him to renew a clean and pure heart and a right mind within us (Psalm 51:10). Amen.

Because in the end, it’s not about what others see—it’s about what God sees and what God knows.
And that’s what truly matters.

So let us work on becoming better people. Because when we get better, we naturally do better with others.
Amen!”

“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
