“This morning I came to speak for a moment about our lives, and how we all go through seasons—times we endure whether we want to or not. Amen. I, for one, love the changing seasons—the beauty all around, especially now as we transition from summer into fall. The flowers, trees, the temperature—all of it shifts. It gets a little cooler, and that change has its own beauty.
Then winter comes. Some love it; for others, not so much. Amen. The cold, bitter nights; the snowfall; bundling up in thick clothing. Yet even winter has its beauty, especially that first snowfall. Everything is quiet and peaceful—there’s a stillness in our world that feels irreplaceable.
And when winter’s chill passes, spring steps in—and oh, isn’t that such a marvelous time? Everything begins to bloom; colors grow bright again. It exhilarates the heart and awakens something deep within us. Amen.
Just as nature has its seasons, our lives do too. We may not always see which season we’re in, but we can feel it in our hearts. Sometimes it’s hard to adjust, especially if it seems like everyone else is in a different season. You might feel alone in a winter of your life—cold, barren, discouraged.
So I want to say this: don’t give up under the pressure of life, or under the weight of whatever season is pressing on you or your family. Stay steadfast in the Lord. Seasons come to change us—and change is a beautiful thing. Even in storms it doesn’t feel that way, and we think we’ll never get out. Amen. But hold fast. Amen. God is faithful. He hears the cries of your heart. He is blooming something amazing within you. He is changing you from glory to glory, to become more like Him. Amen. Everything He does is for a reason—and remember, this season will not last forever.
Praise His name.
My friend sent me this Scripture this morning (her brother is a pastor). It says:
“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” — Romans 8:18
He wrote, “This is a hard truth when going through suffering, but it will be worth it all when we see Jesus. Life’s trials will seem so small when we see Him.” My prayer for you and me this morning is that we look past each trial today and see our future triumph. Abide. Abide. Abide. Amen.
So I pray that each of us, wherever we are in life’s season, stay fixed on the face of our Father. Don’t grow weary. Praise the Lord. For the Word says:
“To everything there is a season,
and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
…”
— Ecclesiastes 3:1‑8
Rest today knowing your season will end. It will not stay forever. You are being changed and maturing into the person God has made you to be. There is great hope, love, and glory waiting for you—waiting just for you. God has His eyes on you. He holds you. He never leaves you. Whether you’re in the valley or on the mountaintop, our God is there. He is but a whisper away, and He alone holds everything you need for this day. Call on Him—and He says, “I will answer you and show you great and mighty things that you know not.” — Jeremiah 33:3..Hallelujah!”
“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
